The WiFi is terrible — I had to use mobile internet instead. Breakfasts are just average, nothing special.

The view from the second-floor balcony is really nice, and the balcony itself is spacious. The A/C comes from the ceiling, not the wall, so you won’t get a cold draft on your face or ears. Plus, it’s quiet. The main pool is long (around 25m), and I really enjoyed swimming there a lot.

Hidden gem in Kai Bae. Close to stunning beaches,fantastic pools. The staff are nice and attentive, that's why I always like to come back here. The breakfast is delicious and the peace in the tropical garden and the room facilities are great.

The breakfast was a bit disappointed, if you come too late (like 8:30am..) you get almost nothing… also no much choice for vegetarians sadly. There is no kettle in the room

There were lots of ants next to one of our beds. Wasn’t a massive problem, but they might need to fill in some gaps to stop them coming in.

Location is great. Lots of shops and restaurants the moment you step out of the hotel. Breakfast was ok but no complaints as the room is excellent value.

My second stay at this hotel and we can only recommend it. The pools are amazing, the rooms are very spacious and clean, the staff is great. The beach is a few minutes walk away, right on the main road, but thanks to the orientation of the rooms you don't hear any noise. Lots of restaurants and shops right in front of the hotel. I will definitely come back.

Nice location close to good restaurants and bars, very specious clean room, daily cleaning. I enjoyed stating there ;) but always remember about mosquito repellent, there is a lot of them.

The air con wasn’t strong enough and probably needs replacing but this is the only thing that let the triple room down.

The property was great and had everything we needed - good location, multiple pools and good breakfast.

Our bathroom wasn’t clean at all. I didn’t say anything but the toilet was so dirty I couldn’t believe it! The shampoo and soap dispensers were empty. The only big negative about our stay was the communication before we came here. I had a question about scooter rental options and they were quite rude from the beginning. I wasn’t able to cancel my stay anymore, but because of their disrespectful behavior towards me as a customer, I didn’t feel comfortable coming here anymore. A real shame but at least we had a pleasant stay:)

We had a great stay here. The room is quite spacious and the location of the hotel is just perfect. You have everything you need in walking distance which was really pleasant. The pool was also quite nice. They have multiple options but we always stayed at the big pool in the center. We went swimming everyday and were the only ones using the pool which was really nice. They could add a little more seating/sunbathing options around this area. The breakfast was also quite enjoyable. Fairly small and very little options but the bread was awesome.
