The place is small, not many things to do inside.

The staff were friendly and had a service mind. The place is quiet, convenient to commute and clean.

The accommodation is a bit old already, in my experience all over Thailand, should getting the bungalows a bit renovated and not just getting used until looks old.... The bathroom is a hygiene area which should pay attention to it and it's definitely not the case here. It's sad because actually it's a beautiful area but it's not get into my mind why owner or people not keeping it in a good shape, especially when the things inside and outside the rooms are not in good shape... For this price and the quality of rooms I will give not more than 7 star..., I am pretty sure it was a beautiful few years ago like on pictures presented

The staff was very nice, the WiFi was good, breakfast could be a bit more different each day, but at least they fulfill your request if you have for breakfast, like omelette or rice with pork. They give you water and coffee every day, clean your room every day, I like It a lot and probably will visit it again. Khab khun krab 🙏

Ramshackle property with poor maintenance and doesn’t meet standards. For example, broken light switch, slow drainage in bathroom, slide glass door which still had a gap when closed, loose water tap that was not fixed to the wash basin, and the rain shower that most holes got stuck.

Nice staff. The property was still available during long weekend.

Little negative point: poor lighting in the bathroom. No hand soap provided. The bathroom and toilet have no separation, water is splashed in the toilet area when you have your bath.

I would definitely recommend this place. I booked 2 nights (mountain view rooms) with my parents, husband and my baby. Beautiful view at sunset. You can see Phu Thap Boek Mountain. For breakfast, it was traditional thai breakfast, rice with chicken. We enjoyed it. No one will disturb you during your stay. We met the owner only once.

Maybe a small chair or stool could be provided inside the room. Tap at the wash basin is loose.

Room is clean and spacious. WiFi is working well. Enough electrical sockets. Environment is quiet and pleasant, as it's located on a slope away from the main road. Nice to sit and chill at it balcony. Breakfast is ok. Staff is very friendly, always with a smile. Few minutes' drive to Lom Kao. Phu Tub Berk is not too far away from here. I guess this place is more suitable for those with own transport.

The room was very nice and has a great view. There is good Wi-Fi, AC, and a mini-fridge. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. I hope to stay here again soon!

Lovely location and gardens. Terrific views across to the west and Phu Tha Baek skyline at night. Kindly upgraded for the night which was both appreciated and enjoyed. Very nice modern units and very clean. Great breakfast too. A really good night at a very reasonable tariff. Thanks very much to the business proprietors.

The room are very big and nice decorated and very clean. We stay in House 1 with view in the garden and mountain. It was such amazing to wake up in the morning and get a great view. The furniture are very modern style. Have TV, sideboard, nice coffee machine, plates and equipment you need for eat. The bed is soft and great for sleep and get sweet dreams.
