While the location has its charm, the frequent noise from the street and passing motorbikes can be noticeable—though not to the extent that it disrupts sleep. The air conditioning could definitely be improved, as it struggles to keep the space cool. The living room is somewhat limited in size; with a group of five, we found the seating insufficient and would have appreciated larger or additional cushions. Overall, the place shows signs of wear and could benefit from some updates or renovations to enhance the guest experience.

Some strange design in the bathroom that meant we had to walk through a wet shower to get to the toilet!

Was good enough for the price. The rooms were comfortable and the pool was welcome at the end of the day.

When we arrived I found one bed had broken mattress and had to notify staff about this problem. They replaced the mattress the next day.

Prefers to have a outdoor BBQ pit instead of the tiny electric grill which cannot handle 8 paxs so we could not organize our anticipated outdoor bbq. The cooking utensils are very limited with only one cooking pot. We expected to have at least a toaster for our bread. A washing machine in the premise will be very useful.

The space is well arranged with the rooms facing the private pool. Very well setup with all the rooms attached with showers/toilets. Especially delighted with cleaned rooms and fresh towels everyday.

The lack of atmosphere, really nothing to do, no bar, no restaurant, no international channels, I think Smart tvs with Youtube and Netflix will definitely improve the time you expend in the room between things, specially if you're travelling with children.

The price, and that it was walking distance from our friends who lives there, it was relatively quiet even though it was closed to the main road.

Cleanliness had flaws. Ashtrays on the tables near the pool had ash in it when we arrived and were never cleaned or emptied during our stay. Forks and spoons in the kitchen were a collection of different designs in ultra-cheap quality. No dining knives at all! Only one stained pot for cooking, no frying pan, no toaster (we used the electric grill instead, which worked). Kitchen furniture rather low quality, drawers could not be shut properly. All in all only small things which can easily be fixed and I hope the owners and management will take care of them as it involves only very little efforts.

Great layout of the bungalow, parking right in front. Pool was clean, maintenance of technical facilities was good. Several excellent Thai restaurants within walking distance very near. Room was cleaned and beds were made every day, bed sheets exchanged every 2 days. Beds were very comfortable.

Bathroom hot with no ventilation, shower water pressure bad. Cleaners didn't always arrive to clean and didn't mop floors daily or bring toilet paper or water, fresh towels etc. No weights in gym as per photos. No restaurant available as advertised.

One of the bathroom lights was broken, the bathroom sink tap was broken so we had to keep using the bathtub to fill up the kettle. The outlets were inconveniently placed.

The hotel was in a really good location between Wat Chalong and the Big Buddha, the main attractions. We also had a Convenient store 60m from where we were. The room was quite nice and spacious with a big balcony. The beds were also quite comfy. The pool was really nice as well.

Location would be challenging if you don't have a car to move around. Not close to anything - not to restaurants/markets/beach/attractions. Most of the day - there was no staff at the reception, and it took them hours to answer our whatsapp. The rooms weren't cleaned well - when we moved the beds there was so much dirt and toilet papar etc beneath. The kitchen wasn't airconditioned so it was very uncomfortable to stay and eat there. The kitchen was poorly equipped - only 1 (!!) knife, etc.

We stayed at the villas that were beautiful with quick access to the private pool. The rooms are very spacious and airconditioned.

‘Villa’ is misleading and not suitable for families as there is very little communal space around the pool, and only one room which is kitchen/diner with basic facilities/comfort. We only stayed one night out of our six night reservation.

Each bedroom had an en-suite and good air-con. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

There was no light and there was no generator backup for the resort. Also airport transfer should be provided. Room service on request.
