Beautiful calm relaxing resort ...basically an oasis in the middle of not much else !!!

The breakfast was actually horrible and the place is incredibly hard to get to. The breakfast buffet was very small. And not only were half the bowls empty when we arrived about 30min before close of breakfast, but a lot of the food items like pastries and the jams lay open and exposed to the flies and the many gnats that were all over it. The location is very remote and many taxi’s do not know or want to drive here. When our initial taxi got cancelled, there was only one option for a shuttle out to Petchaburi station that left at one time late in the afternoon (up North)or an option for a very very expensive taxi. One would think that a place so remote with such good facilities and services would at least have a few shuttles a day available to the closest surrounding towns, no?

Generally a lovely place. The units are rather modern, very neat and clean. Loved the beautiful setting- mostly unspoilt nature next to a beautiful crystal clear river with lush trees and ferns all along the riverbends. Birds and butterflies everywhere- truly serene. At night there’s a great chilled, but buzzy atmosphere with an open air movie being screened and people laughing and playing music next to the river (this was on a Saturday). The staff were friendly, though not particularly well-versed in english (understandably). The a la carte menu and cocktails are delicious!

We stayed in Villa Plus. The size was big enough for me, my wife and our three children. What we loved most was the bed and pillows, they're extremely comfortable! The only downside about this room type was that the loft was extremely hot during the day. Another thing we didn't like was the fact that there's no restaurant nor convenience store around so it's not very convenient for us. But other than that, everything else was fine and this resort is a very good choice if you decide to stay in the area.

It would be better if guests were asked not to cause noise after a certain time in the evening.

We stayed in a tent and it was beautifully decorated and had incredibly comfortable beds.

New resort just 15 minutes by car from Kaeng Krachan National Park. I like the garden and pool area. The villa was very clean and nice decorated. Perfect place for stay.

Coffee could be better and more choice of cereals at breakfast - granola & yoghurt would be nice.

What a wonderful, quiet, but active resort…. You can lounge by the river or pool, but also take in activities like Kayaking for FREE 😃 Loved the simplicity of the resort and only 2hrs drive from Bangkok.

Restaurant- Slow meal delivery, cold food in bain-maries at breakfast, advertised open times differ from actual times.

A nice place, relatively new, well maintained grounds. The staff were extremely helpful and helped any way they could. The phone in the room took 4 days to get working. Unfortunately very few staff spoke English, Google translate to the rescue. The restaurant kitchen was the biggest disappointment. All breakfast dishes were cold fried eggs, yuck. Dinner meals, order 2 meals and they come out about 15 minutes apart, and no guarantee you will get what you ordered. For westerners visiting, expect to compromise. Although the door sign says they are open till 21:00, kitchen closes at 19:30.

The welcome and the very good service of the staff at the reception, for the cleaning of the room and at the Savio restaurant. I am very satisfied with my 5 night stay everything was of very good quality and I really liked the gardens and the swimming pool. Thank you very much for your welcome.

There's very little that we didn't like. They could perhaps have a few more options for breakfast.

All staff were very helpful. They helped to swap the room. As at first when we reserved a room on booking.com we had no idea that we got the room on the second floor. This time we travelled as a family, my mom who just had an operation on her knee, so it's difficult for my mom to going up and down and around. The staff there helped us to swap the room. That's very impressed us. If I could share my thought, I think it would be very helpful to those who traveling with family or with some elderly to have the ramp for the wheelchairs or an elevator.

There was a colony of ants in the air conditioner, and it blew the ants onto the bed close to it, and the bed sheet was covered with ants. After I informed the staff, the air conditioner and the bed were cleaned. However, the situation continued. It was something I had to put up with, as I was staying in a tent, although the tent had been well built. Also, all day and throughout the night, fruits and other things from surrounding trees fell on the tent roof and made a huge noise. That shook me each time and disturbed the sleep. The safe did not work.

The location is amazing next to the river and surrounded by mature trees, which attracts a wonderful array of birds. I stayed in a tent with river view. It was spacious and clean with two large double beds. There were a fridge and coffee making facilities in the room. The hotel also has a restaurant, which is handy as there are no other eateries nearby. This is a serene location, and every morning, it filled me with pleasure to see the flowing river, abundant birdlife, and beautifully maintained grounds. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They arranged a guide and a vehicle for me to visit the National Park, and I spent a full day there. My visit to the NP is a highlight of my tour in Thailand. It is well worth the money spent.

Everything is perfect. The space between the villas gives privacy for everyone. Very clean room and the hotel. The bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The TV is very good. You can watch movie at night. Very good wi fi everywhere. There is working table which i used it infront of window, it was one of my best working experience with the birds and nature. Gym was perfect, very beautiful pool are. There is no need to say garden,river and the birds are wonderful. Cosy relaxing areas. Restaurant menu is OK, prices are reasonable and the staff is very good. I definetely recommend this place. The price is fair with this quality of service.

A nice oasis surrounded by nature. Pleasantly, surprised by the quality and variety of food served on the property. It was a bonus that I was also able to see so many birds in the property too.

Beautiful little oasis close to several attractions. The grounds are beautifully kept, the pool and rooms are very clean, the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful and the restaurant is great. The included breakfast had a good combination of Thai and western food. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone.

The Breakfast was the one thing that we were very disappointed in. Mainly Thai options and the Western Cuisine was made up of Toast with Jams, Cereal (Two choice) with Yoghurt and Cold FRied Eggs pre cooked and hotdog sausages with ham (Also not very warm)

I am in love with this place, everything was so nice! The room - clean and comfortable, outdoor of resort - peaceful, green and beautiful,, staff - smiling and nice, breakfast - just amazing., I loved everything and I hope I can come back again.
