Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Lovely hotel that allowed us to check in early which was so needed after a long night bus up to Chiang Rai. Very clean, good wifi on all devices (bar my iPad but I think that’s my problem). Good location to the blue temple and some nearby restaurants within 10-15 minute walk.

AustraliaThe hotel is like the pictures. It is very well maintained and I felt very comfortable. Tea and Coffee facilities in your room. Room made up each day. I am very fussy with bathrooms and this hotel had a nice facility. The staff (especially the receptionist) are helpful and caring. The hotel is walking distance to the Blue Temple and a short taxi ride to the Wat Huay Pla Kang temple. I loved being able to sight see at my leisure. Restaurants nearby and on the main street near the bridge very inexpensive.

Beautiful clean hotel. Far enough out of Chiang Rai to feel rural but only 5 minutes on a scooter or 25 minute walk into town. Highly recommend
