Big rooms

Swimming pool sun beds and no bar

This hotell was much better than expected. A little bit outside of the center, which is great if you seek som calmness but also exercise to center.

It appeared dead coachroaches on the floor after the cleaning services been in my room. That was a bit disturbing. Although I never saw any live ones. There was an also a few dead insects in the toilet near the washing sink.

The room was spacious and clean Staff is very friendly Great service And the location was good I enjoyed my stay

A little bit old needs maintenance and remodeling I stayed at the same hotel 8 yrs ago The room is the same there is damage in bed furniture but its okay overall I booked with meals Only ate once I was expecting a buffet it wasn’t The service was good though and they tried thoroughly

I like the location which is somewhat central, and the hotel is very quiet at night.

The bed was a little hard and the room, while spacious, was pretty basic.

Location was Soi 15 Bukhau. 3 minutes walk from either Soi Bukhau in one direction or 2nd Road in the opposite direction. Ideally located for shops, bars and many restaurants. Situated on a quiet road, so no through traffic.

The only thing I didn't like was that the bed was rock hard! This was soon remedied with a mattress topper.

The room is not so clean

Room was comfy and clean. The property had a warm and welcoming lighting.

Breakfast was okay. Bathroom had no lock. No toothbrush as toiletries. Receptionist didn’t understand English at all, so, made some mistakes which was due to lack of communication.

I like the hotel property because it was one of the more modern and clean lobby and rooms .

I did not like the new lady manager. The new lady manager was rude at the front desk . When I ask for a change of rooms because the upstairs tenant was too noisy, she kept saying the rooms are all the same. “Same Same.” I complained that I would like a change of rooms but the lady manager at the front desk “all rooms same all rooms full”. Also no hot water for a long time. I cannot take hot showers because the hot water heater was not working.

Good value for money, nice big room, big shower and modern well lit.

Not really the hotel's fault, but that road to Soi Bhukao is treacherous to say the least !
