Good place for families with small children. That’s a paradise for the kids

As we stayed here last year we wanted to upgrade the room this time so we booked a 'lake view room' when we did check-in the reception told us that this area was fully booked and that they do not manage online app bookings (???), so we finally got a room with no lake view, but we paid lake view. The food from room service took exactly 1.30 hours to arrive, plus cooking time because it was a charcoal BBQ.

We stayed here last year, even tho 80% of the bicycles and games are broken, kids do not care and they will enjoy.

Some of the bicycles requires maintenance. As an Glamping facility, it will be good if the resort provides insect repellent in the room or during check-in.

Breakfast was enough for our family and the mini pancakes were nice! The kids had a great time with the go-kart as it opens early morning at 8am. We stayed at the family suite Hippo which is 4 tents by itself. The air quality is good in the morning and always text the reception if you need the buggy to bring you out.

Non English spoken staff tho (Asking us to scan QR code for payment, where as tourist is usually credit card or YouTrip) messaging through Facebook helps. It will be great to have the logo at reception lobby for photo taking. Cashless mode only (Perhaps I was unaware beforehand) as f&b needs to paid on same day rather than check out.

The Glamping experience was good (less insects tho subjected to individual). Great for kids below 12. 1) foam party 2) kids go cart 3) bicycle provided. 4) trampoline 5) playground 6) bouncy castle (abit dirty) 7) good spread for breakfast 8) good for strolling

Only thing we didnt like is about snakes everywhere. Understood its close to the mountain and natural place seems to have snakes but snakes at kids play area is something we didnt expect. Resort need to act immediately to sort this out. Kids play area should be protected.

Good location and the food was ok BBQ dinner set was too much to eat.

We didn't dislike the meals at the resort, but the breakfast portion size was too big and we ended up wasting a lot of food. I suggest that the resort offers guests the option to choose between a Western breakfast, a local breakfast, a healthy vegan breakfast, etc. This way, guests can choose the type of breakfast that suits their preferences and appetite.

The place is clean, the tent is huge, the beds are very comfortable, and the bathroom is excellent. staff is very accommodating. it's a shame we only spent one short night.

Great escape from Bangkok, will definitely come back! Thanks to all the staff for delicate attention. Have to come back to try the bbq at the tent with friends.

Basically nothing :D

It was an excellent experience for our family, particularly the food!! Nice mokata dinner outside our tent and the morning buffet breakfast. Also, for the bonus afternoon snack though we checked in almost at 5 pm which ended snack time. The staff was kind to bring some snacks to our tent :)) However, the bicycles need to be repaired or changed to new sets as most are either not in working or in good condition. It will be excellent to have board games available for families and friends to occupy in the tent at night since there isn't a TV inside.

Breakfast buffet is a little simple, and there's little to do for adults in the evenings.

Great Glamping concept! Our son literally said camping is the he wanted to stay forever. The accommodation was very comfortable, service is great and there's so much to do for children.

I suggest repairing the bikes and building a clean pool for purely swimming

The place is good for family or groups of friends. We like how accommodating and helpful the staff are. We like the free snacks and the cleanliness of the place. I highly recommend this place.
