Quite big room, comfortable bathroom. Close to the main road, but a bit in the back, so it was quiet. Automatic laundry available across the street. Chiang Rai is definitely worth a visit. We went for an excursion arranged at the reception – including the White and Blue Temples, Golden Triangle, and other attractions – it was interesting, informative, and enjoyable.

There wasn't really a lobby area and the main area/kitchen area was a bit weird. Other than that nothing else.

The lady checking us in was incredibly sweet and kind. The room was clean and spacious, as was the bathroom. A really good stay for the time you are jn Chiang Rai. I think it was great value for money.

Great place. Bed comfortable pillows a little hard - memory foam. Good location 15/20 minute walk to walking street / night market. Restaurants around hotel. One across from hotel was good. Open at 7:30 am Would stay here again. Loved the blackout curtains.

A shared bathroom Idea may be ok for some but nobody noticed that the toilet roll had run out for 3 days before I pointed it out to the staff.

The price. Clean and comfortable. Modern and good location.

The pillows were horrendous :( they had a split down the middle for some reason. So uncomfortable which was a shame because bed is very comfy.

Big spacious rooms, comfy bed, everything worked great. Friendly staff who explained everything near to us and things to do which was lovely. USB sockets near the bed! Quiet at night didn’t have any problems

A little hard to find by road. They also have a car park but it’s round the back of the property.

Really modern also having the option of a private or dorm room is a great addition.

Lack of privacy when you open the curtain as the walkway is next to your bedroom. There’s no net curtains so passers by can see the whole room which is not good security. No locker for your valuable. I have removed my shoes straight away on arrival to my room and walked around with my socks on. I was horrified when they were black stains and hair on the sole. I had to wear my slippers after this. I wonder how long ago the floor was swept and mopped. However, the rest were cleaned. Paper cups of poor quality; small and thin for your hot drinks.

Not a negative but a suggestion. I would suggest the hotel puts yellow lighting in the rooms to give it a more warm feel as the white lights make the room feel a bit cold. There was also no iron available.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean and location was great. The receptionist was very kind and helpful with renting bikes, places of interest etc.

The staff was very helpful in assisting with arrangements and even printing documents. Could not have asked for kinder people. The room was great, even a bit off the street so noise was not an issue when sleeping. Shower was good pressure but not as hot as I prefer. Exactly as booked!
