The rooms did get very hot - even with the two fans going. Brought shoes specifically for the shower which was a good idea since it isn’t separate from the rest of the bathroom.

In a good location close- walking distance to a lot of things and a quick car ride to the bigger attractions. It was in a nice quiet part of the town and was not loud at all during the day or night

The staff was absent except on my arrival. The bed was really bad, you could feel every spiral in your back. The bathroom was not clean, it was very noisy early in the morning when everybody leaves for the slowboat.

The location is nice to arrive from the bus terminal and to explore the city

The upper mattress in the girls dorm was old and dust fell on the lower beds, for this reason they don’t use the upper beds, but they could change the mattress. The bathroom could be more often cleaned because it’s shared. Rest was really ok.

For this price it’s worth it. Could be cleaner but it was totally fine for a couple of nights. The lady at the reception was really nice. For that money I would recommend.

the bathrooms on our floor were okay, however we were on floor 3 and when walking up the stairs past floor 2 the smell from the bathrooms was very very bad im not sure why? other than that this stay was fine, the place was nice and clean overall !

the rooms here the aircon is very good and strong! the room includes a large comfortable bed, good lighting a wardrobe bin desk and chair! the staff explain to you how to get in and out at night etc and the room itself was perfect for our short stay!

I like because they have breakfast and you also have some tools if you wanna get your own stuff like cutting some fruits. You also allowed to use the fridge. For me this is an extra bonus.

The sink at the third floor toilet was clogged. It took very long for the water to be discharged. The balcony at the back of the property needs repairs and/or refurbishment.

I had a room all to myself. The bed was comfortable and clean. Location of the hostel was excellent, very close to everything. Good breakfast and free drinking water. Staff were friendly and checked me in efficiently.

Really bad outlets - everything just fell off and you have to keep some sort of balance to have your phone charged A lot of ants. We had piece of bread and left for like half and hour and it was all covered with hundreds of ants Really thin walls. We could hear everything like it is happening in our room Quite outdated bathrooms

Free coffee, toasts in the morning. Water cooler. Balcony in common area where you can dry clothes. Good location to get to the closest 7/11, night market and bus station. Bike rentals are walking distance too. Nice staff.

Not really soundproof but it was okay.

TT Hostel Chiang Rai is perfect for what you pay. If you’re after luxury on a budget, look elsewhere, but for the price, it’s great. Having a private room was a huge plus, the toilet was decently clean, and the water heater worked consistently. The best part? N'Apple, the staff, is incredibly kind and helpful. Ideal spot for budget-conscious travelers!

It can be noisy at times due to inconsiderate travalers and toilet could be dirty sometimes.

Stayed at TT Hostel Chiang Rai, and it’s great value for the price. If you’re paying budget rates but expecting five-star service, this isn’t for you. I loved the privacy of having my own room, the toilet was clean enough, and the shower heater worked perfectly every time. The real highlight was N'Apple—she’s super helpful and friendly, making the stay even better. Would definitely recommend it for budget travelers!

Breakfast was served but it was a bit meagre. Staff: I've seen only one girl for intake & office, friendly and helpfull, but not always visible (maybe doing also other works in the hostel). A bit old looking building, the comon rooms downstairs rather bald, facilities not bad or dirty but not very flashing either. But it had certainly it's charms if you are able to accept what you get for a low pice and see the good sides of it. Rooftop and backside balconies were neglected, With a bit more effeort it could offer pleasant places to sit down and enjoy the wide and quiet views arroud.

. Location was great for me. In a quiet side street but jut a few miniutes walking from main street / centre and (into the other direction) the bus station is very nearr which is also next to the nigt market. In the real centre are many hostels but often in more crowded and noisy environments. But anyway: town centre and evetrything in it is small & compact and easy to walk

Had to stay in a separate dorm to my partner even though there was loads of space so maybe no mixed dorms? Free breakfast was just jam and bread, bathroom was pretty below average.

Pretty good location, bike hire round the corner too. Lots of good fans in the room and cosy blankets.

Room was smelling muffa mold n very old. Towel is provided but smells like mold.

Very near to the city Centre n downtown bus station. Coffee and water is free Hot water for bathing 🛀 Receptionist is kind and respectful. Good for budget Backpackers!

Didn’t feel clean. Bathroom also didn’t feel clean Place was bit grubby as a whole.

Walking distance to bus station. Nice cafes nearby also. Close to centre, night market etc. fine for one night
