A lovely surrealistic hotel looking like a little castle. Beautiful gardens, a very good breakfast and a nice pool. All in all a very nice place to stay, 20 mins from the famous National park

This hotel is a wonderful and super beautiful place. The Thai concept of a French provence style mancheon is really a great mix. It is something of a wonderfull dream place obviously because the climate of Thailand has no real comparison to France. The result is just wow, if you could imagine the castle of Versaille in the tropics you would be dreaming of this place. Combine it with the narural Thai smile and you get a totally unique experience surpassing anything France has to offer, and beeing a frequent traveller to France, i'm really impressed.

However that time staff service level in restaurant was lower. Seems they had trainees as girls looked very lost:) Also there was no cheese option during breakfast:( and they brought only nice complimentary “cage” for 2 rooms and only after our reminder. I have the previous experience to compare with. That time is was a bit worse

A very beautiful hotel with a picturesque area, a fascinating waterfall, a lake, and lots of flowers. We enjoyed the walks and meditation on the waterfall. When you enter, you feel like you're in a French castle. The room with a view of the lake is beautiful, comfortable, and has everything you need - a kettle, coffee machine, robes, slippers, towels, a refrigerator with drinks. At our request, they brought us an iron and ironing board to iron our clothes. Delicious, varied breakfasts in a large restaurant overlooking the garden.

The cost for spa massage is a shocker for Thailand. I have lived here for years so I know what a massage costs but...in fairness to the spa the massage was most excellent and the attention to pamper and details was very nice. Quality in the cost... pamper yourself. Geng mak.

Everything. Staff is excellent. Setting is wonderful. The room was beautiful. The food was fantastic including the best buffet breakfast I have ever had in Thailand. Gardens are magnificent and naturally set into the local geography. I will stay there again in a minute. Thank you.

Magical & Clean Nature Escape This hotel feels like a fairytale with its castle-like charm, beautiful flowers, and lush surroundings. Everything was incredibly clean and well kept, truly peaceful and refreshing. Highly recommend for a relaxing nature escape!

The main door of the room didn't easy to open. I think that the door is too old. The access card was working, but the door still cannot open easily.

The breakfast is good. The one that I like the most is the fresh juice. I was a little bit disappointed because I cannot see someone to serve at the noodle station.
