Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Extremely Disappointed, Not Worth the Stay We recently stayed at this hotel in Pattaya and were thoroughly disappointed with our experience from the moment we arrived. There was no service or assistance provided upon arrival, and the overall condition of the hotel was shockingly poor. The room was dirty, with most amenities either broken or in disrepair. The bathrooms had an unbearable odor comparable to sewage which made our stay extremely uncomfortable. Even the toilet emitted a foul smell, indicating a serious lack of proper maintenance and hygiene standards. To make matters worse, the staff at the front desk were incredibly rude and unhelpful. Communication was frustrating, as they barely spoke English and seemed unwilling to assist guests in any meaningful way. Several other guests we spoke to expressed similar concerns. This was not only disappointing but completely unacceptable for any hotel that claims to provide a basic level of hospitality. We would strongly advise others to avoid this place until significant improvements are made in cleanliness, customer service, and overall management.

Convenient location very near to the beach. Also a lot of room for everyone. The swimming pool is very fun. There is deep end and for the kids play.

New ZealandThe room was tiny not suitable at all for 6 people - one bed was in the lounge/kitchen area with no place to put suitcases etc and blocking access to the balcony. The balcony had no room due to washing machine and aircon unit only one person at a time could access it by climbing over the bed in the lounge. The toilet was blocked when we arrived and the security and rules at the property are awful. There is a rock climbing wall in the pool area but when my children went to use it following all the rules listed they were photographed by a security officer who asked them for their room number to pay "a fine" for jumping off the rock wall....not really too sure how you were suppose to get down there was no ladder or stairs. There are rules everywhere and police were at the place a lot enforcing the security guards mainly targeting tourists. The lift is terrible one was always broken so long lines waiting for it - and you get a fine for walking from the pool to your room if you are not completely dry. There seemed to be alot of men staying here with Thai woman. There was a big fight in the room next to use one night with Thai girls and tourist men - there was smashing of bottles and alot of screaming and yelling. It is also in an odd location that seems to be focused on male Indian travellers looking for woman. The pool area is nice and shady and the slide is good but probably wouldn't stay here again as a family travelling with children. The host also wanted to come and inspect the room the night before we left which was quiet awkward as we were all jammed in there with luggage everywhere - she checked every single item was there eg cups, plates etc
