How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

There is no room cleaning done. We stayed for 4 days not even a single day rooms were cleaned and mopped and fresh towels etc were provided

1) late check in after 16:30 hrs as they mentioned that previous guests did not check-out on time 2) Health faucet leakage 3) Dust every wear in the room 4) The iron steel side was burnt 5) Bathroom door lock missing and from the room you can see inside 6) You will not be able to sit inside the lobby before 15:00 as we reached at 12 noon and we can understand that standard check in time is 15:00 so we are ready to wait as per rules but they do not have that facility 7) In the kitchen shelf it was all sticky and on the switch board some food particles were left and fungus was also there. 8) The bathroom shower head was not clean and rusted also. 9) There was a pillow kept in the room without a pillow cover. That pillow had yellow,black stains and was smelly also. 10) The key card cover was a broken one from which the card was again and again coming out and we have to take care of that. 11) No proper security in the building 12) From the top of my flat there was some noise coming continuously. 13) You should check the gray lamp in the room so you will not touch it only because of dust. 14) My first day was entirely wasted because of the check- in given @ 16:30 hours and the only thing they said to me is that we can give you a late check-out for 1 hour so you need to wait. 15) They have given me 1 hour 30 minutes late check in and they said we compensate for only one hour. 16) I think people should think 100 times before booking this property rooms. Specially for booking.com this property should not get listed on the top of your site as booking.com has an reputation and they Unixx South Pattaya is ruining it. There was no room service or house keeping. In my 4 days of stay, not once did the housekeeping come to change towels or blankets. A bit disappointed in that area.
Hi Pavan - Please note its an separate condominium apartment and not a hotel hence daily housekeeping is not available. It’s mentioned in the description as well!

Verified reviewWe arrived with 2 families (each parents/1 child) and therefore booked 2 apartments. This room is located on floor 20 with a fantastic sea view the other on floor 30. This apartment (unixx south pattaya) is real worth the money with a very pleasant, responsive caretaking host. It offers - a fantastic sea view - many appliances for the kitchen incl. corkscewer :) - rich choice of shower/bathing creme - very good condition of the room I could highly recommend this room even to my best friends So a clear 10 rating👍👍👍👍
