Bungalow apart from the island center Disneyland-like buzz, so we slept quietly. We liked the access to the pool of the neighboring resort, which offers a stunning view over Ton Sai Bay. We also like the terrace of the bungalow and actually had the company of an old lazy-but-cute cat there for the whole stay.

Basic bungalow, the bed was really not comfortable ... and apart access to a pool, and a laundry service, the place offers strictly nothing.

I don't know why other reviews are so bad. We had a really good experience in this property. We had a beautiful sea view, extremely clean room and access to a beautiful pool. We also got bottles of water each day. We are middle aged and able bodied and found no difficulty walking to and from the property. (This would only be an issue for those that have mobility issues). We would highly recommend 😊

    Property response:

Slightly away from the crowds but not too long a walk to get to the main bars / restaurants.

Extremely small rooms, not very clean and extremely odd walk to get to the pool. Our bathroom smelt awful and the shower was so loose on the wall you weren’t able to stand and use it without holding onto it. There were 3 people in our room and it was far too cramped, shown as much bigger on the pictures.

Lovely views and great swimming pool!

The property was quite difficult to get to, staff helped carry our luggage up which was good! Our air con leaked so the floor was wet

The location is 10 minutes away from the town center and the main pier. Also it was quiet at night (early February 2025). This place is not far from the 3 viewpoints up on the hills.

To get to the room (I booked one inside the purple building in the photos) there are about 40 steps to climb and there is no flat (paved) path to drag your hand luggage. The sea view is not from the bedroom window but only from the balcony (you have to go out and turn your head to the right to barely see it). The bathroom has no electrical outlet, so to use an electric razor or hair dryer you have to go to the bedroom (where there is no mirror). The lamp near the right side of the bed had exposed electrical wires in an open hole in the wall. The bathroom towels were very old and hard. The property offered to pick me up at the pier but they didn't show up regardless my emails, phone texts, and tentative calls.

It was out of the general chaos of Philhi so nice and quiet. Staff helpful with a few issues. Good air con. Good tea and coffee. Mosquito coil on our balcony at night. Balcony good. Nice swimming pool

Room was very dark and dingy On a hill so could be problematic for less able bodied. Needed more sunbeds and shade by pool. Philhi itself. Just so touristy, busy, spoilt. Like Ibiza. Party island. Beautiful beaches spoilt. Too many people. Too many boats too much noise.

It's quiet, there is a swimming pool next door and it's relatively comfortable

The light wasn't working at first then it started working. The walls are thin. Some buildings in the hotel complex have a questionable structure. However this building looks sturdy.

View from the balcony is breathtaking in the sea view room and infinity pool is amazing. Lovely staff. When you arrive in Phi Phi at the pier, if you message the property they will send someone to help with your bags which was lovely.
