The extra bed we paid for in our room was in reality a mattress on the floor which we found disappointing given the high standards of the resort.

The resort is close to the two most beautiful bays of Koh Tao, we can access them by foot. Several bars and restaurants can be accessed by foot from the resort. The resort is surrounded by beautiful plants in a vey nice environment. Free taxi was provided at arrival and at departure as well, greatly appreciated.

Nothing really - though didn’t realise our rooms would be so far apart - perhaps an option to put map of resort on booking.com would help? Only a minor point though. Access to room was on quite a steep slope - not a problem for us but could be if you are less mobile or have young kids.

Beach view room stunning with lots of space. Staff very friendly and helpful. They made everything so convenient - arranged taxis for us, picked up our luggage even at an early 6am check out, gave us takeaway breakfast. Food and drink at the restaurant was excellent. Very quiet peaceful resort with great views over the bay. Journey in back of pick up truck to and from port is fun and adds to the adventure!

Breakfast was basic based on variety but tastes delicious

Our stay at View Point Resort was overall very enjoyable. We especially loved the peaceful environment and the beautiful location of the villa. The beach area near the resort was stunning, and we also appreciated that another beach — with shops, restaurants, massage places, 7-Elevens, banks, and ATMs — was just a short 7-minute walk away. It made everything super convenient! The Pool villa 01 was perfect for the 2 of us the pool clean and big with lights and jacuzzi jets, very spacious villa , bathroom is clean and very large and everything works just fine, the living room has a nice smart tv and sound system. InShort the villa is very spacious and clean and feels like new. The staff were also a big highlight of our stay. They were always helpful, kind, and had warm smiles on their faces. One thing we really appreciated was how fast and affordable the laundry service was — clean and dry in just 2 hours, usually one day after! Another plus was the shuttle service. For just 100 Baht per person, you could get a ride — which we found very reasonable and helpful for getting around.

We stayed in pool villa 3 and had a perfect stay. The view from the Villa is stunning and everything about our stay was wonderful. The beds were super comfy and the outdoor bathrooms were something different. It is possible to walk into the small town to some lovely restaurants, the restaurant at the resort is also good - lots of choice.

The room was missing a long mirror, and unfortunately the beach towels didn’t get swapped at all during our stay.

The stairs were a challenging aspect of our stay. Perhaps if we were a little younger and fitter it wouldn’t have mattered.

The staff were very welcoming and went out of their way to help with transport requests during our stay. The breakfast was excellent.

I think the communication skill of local staffs. It is understandable that they are not fluently in English bro Thai but it reduced the value and level of satisfaction to the guess when communication became the issue.

Hotel is a little remote and the hotel taxi in and out of town was expensive. The roads seemed too steep for bikes.

Excellent pool and breakfast , staff were lovely. The rooms were lovely and very clean. Fabulous views from pool and situated on a small private beach, very picturesque.

Nothing. Amazing stay. The only downsides were the gnarly hills to get in and out so if you rent a scooter get one with more oomph and good tires.

Amazing views, amazing food, amazing service. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The staff made it so easy to rent snorkeling equipment, get our laundry done, book massages… the free breakfast was amazing. We had pool villa 5 and we had so much privacy.

Very peaceful and green. Perfect for relaxation. The restaurant is in a beautiful location and the food is really delicious. We even got sandwiches prepared the day we had to miss breakfast due to our 6 o’clock dive. Please note that the resort is atop a steep cliff more far away from town on the end of a rather curvy road, which posed no problem to us with a motorbike (which is conveniently rented through the reception). Otherwise they will also provide Transport from/to the Pier and into Town. Great value for Money!

The whole experience from being met at the pier to the spectacular view was amazing. The staff couldn't do enough for us and our room was clean and comfortable. The view from our room was beautiful, surrounded by nature and glorious sea. We had breakfast every day at the restaurant, wonderful choices, we also ate at the restaurant for dinner a couple of nights and thoroughly enjoyed the freshness and flavours. There is a town just around from the resort, easy to get to and you can find everything you need. Overall we had a fabulous stay and would definitely come back.

The air conditioning didnt work any night except for the last night, which was disappointing because it was very hot and we couldnt get much sleep. Except for this it was great
