Fantastic boutique style hotel beautifully appointed with an eclectic vibe. - the rooms are very clean and secure and quiet. Staff happily assist with taking luggage up the stairs to the rooms. The location is absolutely perfect heaps of easily accessible cafes and bars and an easy 2 blocks to the markets.

The room is quite small.No lift we were on the 3rd floor.None of that worried us.We really liked the hotel.

Loved the decor small boutique hotel.Great location.Room was small.Best hot shower in the whole of Asia.Phuket old town is a great place for looking around.It reminds you of Penang.Lots of nice shopfronts.Worth an overnight stopover.

Location was at the quiet end of a busy street. Lively eateries, local a tourist were within walking distance. Bars and breakfast cafes all around. Michelin star Nyonya restaurant just across the road. Aircon was great, room was spotless

Clean and comfortable room. It's in Phuket old town so I do not recommend it if you wanna go to the beach but it's perfect if you want to enjoy nightlife. We were there just for a couple of nights for Songkran

Room required card in the room to activate A/C, so it was warm and took a few minutes to cool down every time we returned to the room.

Clean and comfortable room. Wonderful neighborhood with great food, coffee and shops nearby. Friendly staff. Would definitely come back.

I didn't see any elevators, I personally did not mind as I usually take stairs but in case you are traveling with heavy luggage, please be mindful.

Xinlor House is like a DIAMOND on the crown that is Old Phuket Town. It's right at the edge of old Phuket Town so 10/10 for location. The hotel is really great and bang on value for money. They are very flexible with check -in and even offered me an early check-in as I landed at the hotel early morning. The staff were extremely friendly and their best to provide quality service.

Both my partner and I loved the hotel. It was very comfortable and clean. The location is very convenient and there is a top notch match place on the ground floor of the hotel. Overall very good value for the money.

Other services could be implemented in such a nice place! Laundry service is not provided, we didn’t get if it was possible to have breakfast there or not, reception close at 7pm.

The property is new, as the rooms. Beds are very comfy and you’re right in the center of Phuket Town!

Our room was fantastic, very unique hotel. The room was well stocked with everything you need and great coffee machine. Bed was very comfortable. The cafe downstairs made the best coffee.

We missed some wardrobe, some board for luggages and for hanging dresses.

Awesome place in the city center, very clean, staff super kind, elegant and cozy, not expensive. Free drinking water and coffee. AC did not throw air directly on the bed, so perfect. Another fan working perfectly for cooling the room. Comfortable bed. Useful balcony for beach stuff. Warm water also on the sink and good water pressure in the shower. Shower soap and shampoo very good, very scented. Again, very clean.
