I loved the private 3rd floor terrace overlooking the street. The family that runs this guesthouse are wonderful, very sweet. Kai is the patriarch and very helpful with information about the area. It’s a great value. Rooms are small but perfect for a single.

A bit weird smell in the building and in the room. Need to take off your shoes before entering the building, and the way to the room could be a bit sticky. No elevator.

The location is great: it's in the old town and there are many things to see, and places to visit in the walking distance. The owner is really friendly and can give some good recommendations where to go and what to see and when.

This is the first time I have to rate it less than 10. The entrance is a mess. The light bulb in the room broke - I told the owner, but in 2 days he did not find the time to replace it. Wifi does not work periodically. No kettle. 4 puppies wander around the hostel, pissing on the stairs - watch your step.

Only fault was that albeit adorable, the puppies were really noisy throughout the night often crying out and barking which kept us up some nights.

Super friendly and helpful staff, giving us tips on where to go. Cute puppies in the lobby. Hostel very near the Center and all attractions, can walk easily to the night bazaar, bars and temples. Room was as you would expect for this price but appeared clean and well kept.

I didn’t dislike anything in particular. It gives off a homestay vibe that was quite enjoyable.

I really liked the location in the city. Many good pool bars down the street, plenty of good food, nightlife, and easy bike rental.

Only complaint was how hot the room got (we booked a room with fan only & it was extremely hot). If there's an option to choose air conditioning we would recommend doing so.

The manager here is very nice/friendly. The location of the hostel is excellent. The room was a decent size & very clean. Very good shower. They have 2 lovely pets (dog & cat) that are adorable! Good value for money also.

That we don't get the room we booked, but we ended up fine where we stayed. Bed is not on the softer side.

Staff is very nice. Room was small but enough, bathroom in the room was clean. Ac worked. All good! Location is great with a super nice smoothie bar close by!

The bed was a little uncomfortable, but fine if you're used to firmer, older beds as are common here. The towel was a kind of microfiber which doesn't absorb water well, so I just used my travel towel :)

The owners are very friendly and helpful, and their dog Brownie is absolutely the sweetest girl. The area is great if you're on foot, or have a bicycle to explore. The room itself (fan room) was simple and with everything I needed as a solo traveler. Private room, private bathroom, a tiny balcony with some hangers for drying clothing, and just enough space at the foot of the bed to unroll a yoga mat. Perfect for being on a budget and having your own room.

poor wifi in the room. This is personal to me but I found the bed uncomfortable bed because it is very hot in Chiang Mai and the sheets on the bed were synthetic.

I didnt stay at the You&Me hotel as the owner transfered me to different city in the last min due to his personal reason. I stayed in Baan Chiang Mai hostel.
