The room was so clean. The staff was so kind.

I booked the room with a frech bed also with the city view. But they gave us firstly family room. It was dirty and old inside. Then they changed our room but it was again not with the city view. I didnt want say anthing more.

Very comfortable bed, clean room and smart TV in the room

At around 2 am the AC began making a loud, disturbing noise that made it difficult to sleep. In addition, there is construction across from the building, causing a lot of noise throughout the night. I understand that the property doesn’t have control over the construction, but they definitely need to check the AC and the broken windows that don’t get locked.

he room was quite comfortable for a stay of three people. The iron and refrigerator are located outside the room and are shared. The reception staff were polite and helpful, allowed us to store our luggage until late at night. The apartment is in the same building with Firdavsi Hotel. You can book the cozy independent rooms maybe cheaper than hotel room.

The location was nice, not too far from the city center, so you can walk there easily. The room was okay: beds were comfortable, and there were some drinks available along with a microwave and a fridge. They accept card payments (Visa only, not Mastercard).

The air conditioner wasn’t working properly, and the TV didn’t work at all. Although the staff promised to fix them, nothing was done. The blanket was dirty. They replaced it, but didn’t have clean bed sheets and promised to bring them the next day, which never happened. Some of the staff were quite rude and unpleasant to talk to. Breakfast was disappointing and not worth the price. Despite arriving early, we were told the fruit had already finished, and the milk had gone bad, so they couldn’t even prepare kasha. There are many cafes nearby, so you can also eat out.

Everything was good

Everything was great, especially our suite had all the kitchen facilities. The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Mr. Bakhtavar was very helpful on the day of arrival. If we travel to Dushanbe again, we will stay at this hotel.

We’ve arrived early morning and exhausted. Fortunately the receptionist Khayrulla that he approved us to check in earlier time. Very appreciated and very polite guys.

The room was simple and suitable for me to work in I was also in a good location to quickly pick up some food to bring back to the room. The bathroom was very nice. A good shower And the breakfast was also suitable.

It was not that great value for money

We stayed at the hotel from November 12 to 15 and were absolutely delighted! The hotel has an excellent location, just a 10-minute walk from the main attractions, with public transport, banks, and shops nearby. We had a spacious two-room suite that perfectly matched the description: toothbrushes replaced daily, slippers, robes, a tea set with black and green tea, and bottled water provided. The room was very clean and bright—no complaints at all! Breakfast at the restaurant on the 21st floor was great. The concierge team was exceptional—always ready to help with anything, even matters unrelated to the hotel. They checked us in late at night, waited for us, and assisted with navigating the city. They were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel like the most valued guests. We left the hotel—and Dushanbe as a whole—with the best impressions. If we return, we’ll definitely stay at the Aram Hotel again!
