extremely friendly, helpful and English speaking Host. You can get sim Cards here, he will provide you with all the information needed. We arrived late at night but the pickup was still possible. Good breakfast as well. Perfect place to stay. The hotel equipment is nice and it is located in reach of everything you need (atm, restaurant, supermarket…)

The host was super friendly and helpful! They sell Tcell sim cards at the reception, there's laundry free to use, they can arrange a transfer to Iskanderkul lake if you want, the included airport transfer was convenient, and they also helped provide a paper document for the OVIR registration. The rooms and bathroom were clean, hot water was great, and the breakfast spread was amazing! We liked the place so much we stayed here again on our way back. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, the main Rudaki park area is about a 40min walk away

Very pleasant hospitality. The owner gave us the option to eat for free and we were able to pay in euros. He helped us a lot. The rooms were fresh, the beds soft and it was amazing to have working airconditioning.

The hospitality of Mirzo, Jos father and his brother. I landed at Dushanbe at 2 am, was timely picked up and I didn’t have a reservation for that night. The hotel was full but Mirzo gave me food, drink and a comfortable place to sleep. Very warm reception, great hospitality !

Everything is perfect. Mirzo is very welcoming which complements the lovely accommodation. Breakfast features a large selection, lots of healthy local fruits too! WiFi is fast and reliable, can easily stream Netflix etc. My room was clean, with aircon, hot shower, fridge, bottled water, everything I needed. Highly recommend and this must be the best value hotel in Dushanbe. Complimentary hotel pick up was very efficient too.

Everything is perfect at Soro Hotel. Extremely clean. The proprietor is so kind and helpful. Quiet neighborhood. An easy walk to restaurants. Very delicious breakfast, and the food selection changes every day. I am sure that this hotel is the best value in Dushanbe.

There wasn't much I didn't like! There was one incident, like the power going out briefly when I first arrived, but it was no fault of the hotel. There was an insanely loud strike of lighting that knocked out the power of a few other places. It went out at midnight, but I was heading to bed. By the next morning it was back on! They provided toiletries, but if you want something other than an all-in-one product (hair and body) you can just stop by the nearby store and get something for yourself.

I loved my stay at the Soro Hotel. From the modern familial feel of the stay to the extremely hospital owners and staff, I felt like I was family during my stay. I loved how accessible the hotel was to the main road as well as its proximity to the airport. Additionally, the King sized room I stayed in was smaller than I thought, but it was recently renovated and very clean- I was happy about that! One of the best parts was the door to door service from the airport to the hotel by the owner. My departing flight was at 2:00AM, but he still drove me and made sure I made it on time. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and healthy, and I really enjoyed getting to sit outside in the courtyard to eat, do work, or chat with other guests. As an American citizen with Iranian heritage, I felt safe, well cared after, and happy at the Soro Hotel. I recommend it to all!

Washrooms have windows so somebody can look inside which is a bit uncomfortable but you adjust to it

A family-run hotel, in the center, small, quiet, gives an air of local life as it is located among residential houses, large inner yard, the place is shoe-free, because of carpets and wood floors, but no one chases you if you keep them on, rooms clean, spacious, well equipped (aircon, kettle, fridge, hair dryer), good breakfast, hosts are helpful and ready to make extra effort (they bought me a new kettle, made me dinner on top of breakfast, airport transfer). Clean, safe, hospitable, good WiFi, it is new but already getting popular and international because of value for money

It’s a lovely place, managed by a very great host, Mirzo. It’s very clean as you have to take your shoes off before entering. The service was outstanding and the location was what we look for, a very quiet surroundings but not too far from the shopping street and restaurants.
