The sauna was not hot. The pool and cooling bath after sauna were not clean enough.

Very good location and view. Pretty nice condition of rooms. They are spacious and equipped with everything needed. The staff was great. The gym and cardio zone are incredible with brand new machines

Excellent location, friendly staff and beautiful hotel. Stayed in the ececutive suite on 9th floor with spectacular view of lake and park.

Shower was cold even after I informed the hotel about it. You can rarely find a taxi at the door. Restaurant is way below from what you expect from a five star hotel.

Room service was fine. Room size ok. The staff are polite and helpful but can be more friendly too.

Some facilities (eg saunas) are quite shabby; the breakfast was average quality too.

It's extremely low light. There are only two small lights on the ceil, one was not working though. There are some little lights, they make a good atmosphere, but don't make it bright. I've ordered a room with the club access, in the property I was said, the biggest part of it is not working, but I have to pay for it anyway. We ate at the restaurant, it was tasty, but one of us two got poisoned. That is not unique to hyatt, we've had the same problems for the whole three weeks in Dushanbe.

The lake view is great. A bad, a couch, a table for work, a bedroom - all clean, comfortable and soft.

Wi-Fi was a disaster - don’t count on it seriously if you’re going to work from the hotel or use internet in any way more than messaging or reading texts. Not all lights in my room were operating: some ceiling light and almost all the lamps in the bathroom didn’t work.

Spacious, stylish, well equipped rooms. Good breakfast with egg bar and freshly baked pancakes. Location was good, excepts the construction site right next the hotel.

There was a lamp in my room that can't be turned off (it was extremely faint though, so it's not a big problem). And also internet connection was very slow

It's a so called 5 star hotel, with no water refill to the room, even no minibar, without the possibility to drink tap water. This seemed to me extremely strange, for the place of this level... All other more or less ok.

Still the best hotel in Dushanbe, no other good options there...

Service and value for money, cleanliness

Not sure how this hotel is considered 5 star! Its far from 5 star service. The hotel needs complete rebuild, rooms are very small and smelling cigarettes, lights are not working properly, telephone doesn’t work,Bathrooms don’t have water hose, mirrors are rusty and broken. They charged me for water refilling and services are super slow. Receptionist are careless and not bothered to fix their mistakes. Wifi is slow. Rooms are dirty and if you call for any service they reply arrogant

Very old hotel. Sockets don't work. Bath shower didn't work properly. Everything is weared out. Needs refurbishment. Definitely not 5 star

We where not welcomed as expected the night shift staff were so terribly responsive and i think they were not trained enough to meet hyatt regency standard as a results i had no choice but to move to Hilton and what an epic expirence.
