Note that the air conditioning is excellent in the bedrooms but there's a ceiling fan only downstairs.

Excellent stay. Noman was a great host, the place was clean and comfortable. Spacious rooms, big beds, clean bathrooms, fast wifi, good kitchen facilities. Would recommend. We travelled with a toddler and the courtyard was a great play space.

The premises the house is located on seem a bit "under construction, but no real inconvenience. The neighbors though have the strange ha it of turning very loud music at 7:00a.m. Two times in 3 mornings.

It’s noisey in the area due to the Microletes (taxi busses) playing stupid loud music in the morning. For about 10-15 minutes, But that’s not the properties fault. That is just traffic and culture in Timor Leste!

So easy, to get the keys and park in the property! I loved it ands it’s now the only place I’ll try to book in Dili going forwards: as I’ve stayed in so many places in Dili, but this is quality, value for money and so so comfortable

The build quality, amenities, large tv screen and Netflix, separate bathrooms, back up generator, comfortable beds and bedding, air-conditioners and fans, ventilation vents, cleanliness and full stock of condiments in the kitchen in a prime location mean one of the best stays for price in Dili. Also a great host.

The beds were really awful... the big bed was way too hard (there was literally a plank in between) and the smaller one was squiky and not much better. The was a lot of noise from neighbours, lot of music at night and again at 6am, so we didn't sleep well. Very limited kitchen supplies. No dining room table. Not a lot of good restaurants nearby, but we cooked dinner most nights.

Very friendly and accommodating hosts. Spacious area's, very good aircon in bedrooms (however not in living room). Good price for Dili, with having a full apartment. Including a washing machine! Two seperate bathrooms, adjoining the bedrooms. Apartment is located on premises of family, including personnel. Close to supermarkets. Mikrolets routes are close. When the taxi didn't show up when we needed to go to the airport, the host graciously provided us with a lift. There was Wifi (even though it dropped out sometimes).

The host is incredible. Very friendly, very helpful and supportive. Initiates socializing to a healthy extent. The apartment is highly comfortable, well equipped and located nicely within the city. We are highly recommending this place, you cannot go wrong at all. Plus, very reasonable prices per night.
