The buffet breakfast is excellent; if you're lucky, you'll get the special coffee pouring performance. I was pleased to have a small room with working air conditioner, a wardrobe with hanging space and a tv with Netflix!! The staff were lovely and friendly, carrying my suitcase upstairs for me. The location is near many restaurants.

the light on outside the room meant that I needed to wear a face mask to sleep.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Their restaurang serves amazing meals and they also had a amazing café.Wifi was good. And also free laundry which was perfect.

The food is really excellent and the staff is doing a great job! Free laundry service is a nice extra. The overall concept of a/hospitality training center and hotel with first class restaurant deserves support! Would always return when in Dili!

Room was quite basic, especially the bathroom, but overall okay and outweighed by the friendly and professional attention by its staff and the excellent food.

Basic and outdated room. Maybe the worst value for money room after extensive travelling in SEA. Above all they destroyed due to their ignorance my whole vacation in Timor Leste. I asked for guidance for the ferry to Atauro and they send me to the wrong place (coffee shop), who told me to go next day 715 to the ferry office next to them that will be open. Long story short there was no public ferry on Monday, and I couldn’t make any other alternative arrangements for travelling (wasted 4 hours trying) and ended up missing Atauro. Fun fact the ferry schedule is available and every other person I met in Timor knew about it.

Before arriving in Timor-Leste I had booked a cheap hostel, but changed my mind since I felt I needed something more comfortable. Sunset Inn was perfect and exactly what I needed. They recommended a mototaxi driver who took me around Dili for the day and there were a few good restaurants nearby. Overall a good stay!

The shower unit couldn’t produce consistent hot water and would sometimes turn off and on every 30 seconds

Very basic breakfast, sometimes items not replaced when finished ( bananas , jam ) not the most organised. Didn't get airport pick-up.

Location very good with lots of restaurants around, and number 02 microlet going past. Staff were very helpful, both in terms of responses prior to my stay and during my stay. The food was great. The breakfast had a good variety, lunches and dinners popular here so may need to book. Waiters very good. the cafe at the front also belongs to them. Good for coffee and snacks, otherwise its mainly pizza and Bintang served there. Room service very good even if not needed. They tried to change soap, shampoo, conditioner daily until i advised not needed for myself. 2 Water bottles given daily. Laundry service was free and quick

Hand held shower would not stay in holder. And when water on due to pressure kept wanting to spray towards the door. Some nights/early morning water would bubble and rise from bathroom sink. Occasionally a smell too. Must be linked to the plumbing lines water is all on

This is a hospitality school - it is great to see young Timorese learning skills. The rooms were nicely done and bed comfortable and a good breakfast provided.

Inadequate water pressure to have a shower, but when I asked for them to fix it they did. Rats and cockroches wandering around, to which the staff just smiled and did not seem concerned!

Great breakfast Reception staff were very helpful. Free laundry was a bonus.
