“We had a wonderful stay at Marhaba Palace Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff—particularly Mukhtar and Bassem—were extremely professional and welcoming, making check-in smooth and pleasant.
Our room was clean, well-maintained, and offered a stunning view, which we truly appreciated. The food and drinks throughout our stay were generally of good quality, with a nice variety to choose from.
One of the highlights of our experience was the staff. Most of them worked very hard and were exceptionally friendly, creating a warm and hospitable atmosphere. A special mention goes to Mr. Abdel Bari, who was particularly kind and engaging—our daughter especially enjoyed playing riddles with him, which became a memorable part of our trip.”
