“Everyone was helpful and polite except one lady ONCE only at the reception when I asked for late check-out she told me that I am waking up at 6am and I have enough time so she can`t help me. It was shocking and hilarious at the same time that she takes care when I get up and what is my meeting schedule. But at the end other colleagues allowed me to stay longer. Price for one night extension was 375 USD so I found that a bit expensive but this was their offer and I accepted.
Lady cleaner called Arem i think was wonderful and special praise for all bartenders and waiters. They were great. Also a boy carying luggage was helpful all the time and 2 younger ladies at the reception.”
