It would have been good if water and tea amenities were provided but that’s OK.

It was simple and the room condition was good. It had a balcony directly facing the pool which was nice. Restaurant service was quick and food was good. Staff were good and kind. We could reach the beach very easily from Hotel, just few steps away. Pool access was very easy and it’s well maintained.

The staff here were not friendly at all, I've not seen one person smile in the 2 nights that I've booked here. Again, although this was mentioned before, there's no escaping the noise from the club beside it. Which I thought was really weird considering that the club is not that big and the volume could definitely be tuned down a bit. The location is a bit far out from everything else, which means you would need to drive/taxi to go around the city. Carrefour is about a 25mins walk.

The Room was amazing, very clean and spacious. Great amenities and easy access to the pool and the beach.

1. View of dirty lot. 2. The TV did not work when arrived. 3. isolated location, very far from anything! Luckily, I brought along a kick scooter.l 4. Very noisy disco at night. 5. 1. The staff members from reception to majordomos, to restaurant staff, to housekeeping staff to security staff were all polite, down to earth & very helpful. 2. The HUGE bathtub & strong water pressure! Loved to soak after a day out sightseeing. 3. Easy taxi availability. Always a cab waiting outside. 4. Close enough proximity to Marsa, Carthage ruins & other famous local sights and Sidi Bou Said. 5. Reasonable price for near beach hotel. 6. The pool is large & awesome, (but as an adult could only use very early or very late because always full of wild, noisy children & their inconsiderate family members.) 7. Ability to safely store baggage after checkout.

The location is bad if you are travelling without car

A lot better than expected, big clean pool, clean room with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was also not bad at all. I can really recommend it especially for the price.

We stayed in April when the surrounding clubs were not yet in full swing. Even so it would have been impossible to sleep between 1 and 4 am without earplugs.

The room was comfortable, the breakfast pretty good. We enjoyed the food in the restaurant (the ojja and putanesca pasta in particular). Friendly and obliging staff. Quiet and pleasant by the pool during the day. A two minute walk to the long sandy beach. A good option if you need somewhere to chill in easy taxi distance from the airport.

Staff could be a little bit more friendly On the first day we asked for a plastic cup and they couldn’t even give us one and I just thought that’s a bit unreasonable

Sleep is not possible because of music. Every facility corner has its own music style and sound volume. Going on till 4am in the morning. During the day, it is amazing with children, many activities.

Bathrooms are old and need updating but not unbearable. The reviews on breakfast were not wrong, it was nothing to look forward to and there are no local shops/coffee shops to go to, however we asked for eggs and settled for omelettes and chocolate crepe pancakes everyday and they were nice and simple. They have 7/8 clubs surrounding the hotel so it is loud but didn’t disturb my sleep.

Appearance is as expected on the pictures. Rooms were modern & clean and for the price you can’t go wrong. Bear in mind it’s a hotel for the locals, hence the price but staff were friendly. Taxis were available outside at the gate when we needed them.
