It was simple and the room condition was good. It had a balcony directly facing the pool which was nice. Restaurant service was quick and food was good. Staff were good and kind. We could reach the beach very easily from Hotel, just few steps away. Pool access was very easy and it’s well maintained.

It would have been good if water and tea amenities were provided but that’s OK.

The Room was amazing, very clean and spacious. Great amenities and easy access to the pool and the beach.

The staff here were not friendly at all, I've not seen one person smile in the 2 nights that I've booked here. Again, although this was mentioned before, there's no escaping the noise from the club beside it. Which I thought was really weird considering that the club is not that big and the volume could definitely be tuned down a bit. The location is a bit far out from everything else, which means you would need to drive/taxi to go around the city. Carrefour is about a 25mins walk.

Dear this first time I find my self scared about this hotel it's very poor and beach worker every day tray to Agressif my family this hotel is not professional asking as to eat and drink by force and they need to push my family seating in sand of beach I make check out 11 pm and they do not refound all day from 11/7/2025 to 15/7/2025 this equivalent of 200€ and I fill the hotel with out security and safety when I need to went beach I see worker taking drugs and flashing my family by ayes and tray to stealer our lagage really it's horror hotel lot of things out of service toboggon out of service swimming pool are bed worker drinking alcohol during work And drugs top management absent all time food it's very very bed same food every day there nothing nearly to the hotel everything far a way . There is no religious cohesion at all and there is massive racism. How do you imagine yourself in a situation where your mother and wife are being pulled off the beach chairs by a group of evil, drunk workers? If your feelings are normal, then you are not human. And on Google map There is a woman who says that they stole her diamond ring, and if I prove it, they also stole 200 euros from me. Yes, they are thieves and they have nothing to do with tourism

1. The staff members from reception to majordomos, to restaurant staff, to housekeeping staff to security staff were all polite, down to earth & very helpful. 2. The HUGE bathtub & strong water pressure! Loved to soak after a day out sightseeing. 3. Easy taxi availability. Always a cab waiting outside. 4. Close enough proximity to Marsa, Carthage ruins & other famous local sights and Sidi Bou Said. 5. Reasonable price for near beach hotel. 6. The pool is large & awesome, (but as an adult could only use very early or very late because always full of wild, noisy children & their inconsiderate family members.) 7. Ability to safely store baggage after checkout.

1. View of dirty lot. 2. The TV did not work when arrived. 3. isolated location, very far from anything! Luckily, I brought along a kick scooter.l 4. Very noisy disco at night. 5. Very noisy - families during the day & disco at night. 6. Breakfast not very impressive. 7. Limited access to pool. (See above.)

We had a reservation but once we arrived at the hotel they told us no rooms available which was weird. Afterwards they tried to find a room for us. In general we didn’t feel welcomed there and the stuff were not friendly.
