The proximity from the main swim pool was so noisy, if you want to take a nap or put your baby to sleep it's complicated. About the food, I think they can do better than that. Fish cooked without cleaning it well and sometimes not cooked well at all. The main negative point for me is the swimming pool. The reservations for pool deck chairs start at 6 a.m. sometimes before! 2 people in the swimming pool and 0 deckchairs available when normally this is prohibited! I find it scandalous

The Beach view from the room, the easy access to the beach and the possibility to have a transat there was very helpful, especially with the kids. Animations were good even for the kids, a big thanks for the mini disco team.

Facilities. I marked, that I want a double bed (but not two single beds), when I booked the hotel. But in reality it was just two single beds moved very close to each other with 10-12 cm hole between. Between our and neighbour room was wooden doors. I was able to hear every movement of our neighbours. Plus, in the room there was no fridge and cattle (but it was less important problem, cause the bar is working the whole day).

The staff was very friendly, the menu for breakfast and dinner contains a lot of different dishes. Additionally I want to underline very clean and comfortable beach. Comparing with dirty public beaches, it was paradise.

The staff is amazing! Everyone is very polite and happy to help, going an extra mile for the guests! The animation team is very good too, fiendly and not pushy if you don't want to participate in the activities. Even though there is not much to do in the area, it was not a problem because there are a lot of activities like zumba, aqua gym, petanque, volleyball, water polo, mini golf, cabaret, disco, karaoke, etc... The food was good. There are 3 swimming pools and a spa center. All in all, good value for money, we really enjoyed our stay, and will definitely come back.

the only negatives would be the same as you would expect in any 3* Hotel and that is that the AC isn’t switched on till 15th June so the room was quite warm. We had a non sea facing room which was located in the central part of the hotel so could be the reason but it wasn’t unbearable and we had the patio doors open at night as we were on the 2nd floor.

Don’t be put off by the 3* rating as the service at this hotel is easily as good as any 5* I’ve ever stayed in. From the moment we got there to the moment we left we were treated amazingly by every member of staff who couldn’t be more helpful and accommodating to our needs. I will be doing a full review on TriipAdvisor as there is so much to say about this wonderful hotel.

The food was very very bad. I ended up going out of the resort to eat despite having all-inclusive deal.

The resort has great location, private beach, swimming pools and good facilities in general. Rooms are a bit old. The animation team is what makes the place better than others

The rooms were not clean (ants, stains, AC condensation dropping on the floor), an empty bottle of soap in the shower. We thought about staying longer before seeing the facilities but decided to shorten our stay. As we said this to the receptionist, he simply acknowledged our decision without even asking why nor offering to make our stay more pleasant. Food quality was poor, from breakfast to dinner (except the outdoor grill which was pretty decent and fresh), the barman did not say one word to us, he sticked to the bare minimum which was serving our orders.

We liked the location with the private beach, the animation staff energy (especially Weronika who made us feel welcomed).

I didn't like the motor boat pulling the gliders passing close by. I wish they are told to go a bit further from the swimmable area.

Great hotel with great location right on the beach. The beach was really nice white sand and clear water.. Food was varied and suits most tastes. Many days we had grilled fish and barbecue. Staff was extremely helpful. I asked the front desk for a small fix in the room, she sent sombody right away and problem fixed. The animation team is very skilled and there is a great dancing atmosphere after dinner. I recommand this hotel very much.

Staff were rude and not welcoming except reception people were nice and friendly(the evening staff not the morning) No one says hello or welcome or ask you even if you need something or where to sit especially at the restaurant,very poor service I won’t recommend it at all

Rooms are dirty and need renovation. We payed for all inclusive. When we arrived the receptionis said that we got only softs. It's ok. But later we got several drinks for free. After that we payed for the drinks , but waiter just put money to his pocket. We got wine not freshed, it was with bubbles and not good tastes. Personal changed it couple times, but was the same. I strongly do not reccommend this place. There are more better place to stay in Djerba.

This resort is treasure ,spacious property with big outdoor pool, the suits are huge an comfortable.if u need to relax it’s the perfect place. The beach is near. There are a variety of restaurants, the breakfast was so varied

A lot of equipments we’re not for free to use, like the hairdryer and a beach towel you need to rent for a high fee. the wifi is only available in the reception area and does not reach the rooms . we needed to pay a high amount of tax, for a 2 night stay we payed 150€ as extra city tax and service fee which I think is s lot !
