We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The welcoming was warm and friendly. Free parking was available, which made things very convenient. The room was big, clean, and comfortable. The location is excellent, very close to the zoo — my kids really enjoyed it! The food at the restaurant was good, and the service was excellent from everyone we met, starting from the parking staff to the reception, luggage assistant, and restaurant team. Overall, a great family-friendly hotel. Highly recommended!

The staff were exceptionally friendly and competent, attending to our requests promptly and regularly checking if we needed any further assistance. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. Location is very central and good for short stays in Tunis both for leisure or business.

For some reason, there are no electrical outlets in the bathroom except the one only for shavers.

We stayed here only for one night. At the reception Ramzi welcomed us with an excellent service and quickly processed all the details to give us a room. Once in the room, he gave us a call to check that we were happy with the room and all was working well. He even sent over some fresh fruit to enjoy. We even got a little gift before departure. This hotel is a little gem in the middle of the city, the personnel is superb and the room are modern and lovely. Strongly recommend!

The location could be better if it was either closer to Medina or closer to Cartage. The pillows were a little hard and uncomfortable.

There was not one aspect of the hotel that did not meet expectation.

Truly a great hotel, in every aspect. From check-in to rooms to breakfast, they provide an exceptional service. Everyone at the hotel is there to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. If there was an issues, they fixed it immediately. It is truly a gem of a hotel in Tunis, and a must stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a large modern lobby area and a smaller but traditional lounge. Takeaway coffee or cold water was always ready for guests. Rooms were modern and had all amenities one could want. The staff really made an effort to make it an exceptional stay.

Cheerful,helpful,professional,multi-lingual front office staff . Modern ,very clean comfortable rooms. Excellent value! I usually stay in the Medina but decided this time to see a different facet of Tunis life. Delightful,authentic local experience.Walkable neighborhood with many cafes and restaurants. 10-15 minutes to airport. Hotel arranged my trip to Dougga ,and another to airport. Hotel restaurant,open all day,serves healthy and delicious meals.

We didnt like that inside the bar people were smoking. It made it impossible to stay there (that is why we were ending up in the lobby that was very nice in the end) The location. In the neighborhood of the hotel there were not really any nice places for breakfast or dinner. Meaning that everytime you had to take the car and drive at least 15 minutes just to get a little something. Also that area is relatively close to Medina but not really close, meaning you cannot walk there. Also far from Marsa or Sidibousaid. Regular breakfast

The hotel was excellent! I would only say that the location, while central, was still quite a walk to Medina etc. and being new to the city I tended to eat earlier so could walk back to hotel by early evening.

The staff were the best! Always friendly, positive, and could also speak English, which made it a seamless, excellent stay. Shower was fantastic, breakfast selection large and delicious, room a good size. TV was also good - admittedly limited English language channels but at least some! WiFi good. Recommend!
