We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The welcoming was warm and friendly. Free parking was available, which made things very convenient. The room was big, clean, and comfortable. The location is excellent, very close to the zoo — my kids really enjoyed it! The food at the restaurant was good, and the service was excellent from everyone we met, starting from the parking staff to the reception, luggage assistant, and restaurant team. Overall, a great family-friendly hotel. Highly recommended!

The staff were exceptionally friendly and competent, attending to our requests promptly and regularly checking if we needed any further assistance. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. Location is very central and good for short stays in Tunis both for leisure or business.

It’s clean and nice hotel.

Roadside rooms are noisy and should be careful if they give you room it has door to the next room. We took that kind of room unconsciously but we couldn’t sleep at night because of tv and calls noise in next room so next day we changed the room. It was unbearable.

Very comfortable and clean rooms in a great spot of the city. The staff were also professional and friendly. I would like to specifically mention Rania from the reception team for her great service.

For some reason, there are no electrical outlets in the bathroom except the one only for shavers.

As usual. The staff are amaising and extreemly helpful. They always try to accomodate the clients as much as they can. I keep coming back It always feels like home😊

We stayed here only for one night. At the reception Ramzi welcomed us with an excellent service and quickly processed all the details to give us a room. Once in the room, he gave us a call to check that we were happy with the room and all was working well. He even sent over some fresh fruit to enjoy. We even got a little gift before departure. This hotel is a little gem in the middle of the city, the personnel is superb and the room are modern and lovely. Strongly recommend!
