Breakfast food got eaten rather quickly, if you arent at the breakfast 7-8, later may be nothing left. By 3rd day ran out of tea.

Beautiful, clean, pleasant decor and facilities. Calm area. I enjoyed super comfy bed and balcony, spend all my days by the beautiful pool. My stays purpose was relaxation. Food was delicious. No direct access to the sea, but i personally didnt want it, i only went to the beach for sport and sunsets (10-15 min walk).

Breakfast was quite poor in terms of selection and quality. Didn't really fit with the rest of the hotel setting. Lack of beach access (10min walk). Inexplicably there were only a handful of guests (literally....) the night we stayed, which made it a bit creepy in a comedy way (we had the pool to ourselves, so not really a complaint, just a bit odd).

Unusually for Tunisia, where I often feel that value-for money is very poor, the Bougainvillier was a pleasant surprise. Its rated a 3 star, but honestly feels way better than that. The lobby area is classy; clean contemporary design, with lots of art work. Rooms are simple, but spacious, and clean. The staff are superb: from receptionists to the chef at the poolside restaurant. We turned up as last minute guests, and they made a great effort to make our stay memorable: including keeping the pool open so we could have a refreshing dip after a long trip from the desert. Great poolside meal cooked up by the chef. Location is in the nice area of Touristic zone.

the man in the restaurant.i don t know how they let him work there...he told me is not my problem to do not find the soap in the restaurant washroom...he is wearing red and he give food with bad way.sorrt but that my experience and i didn t eat there other time..i go outside

The hotel is new and nicely decorated. It’s clean, comfortable, and quiet. The restaurant is good and the breakfast is okay.

The hotel was a 15-20 minute walk from the beach which was OK with me but may be a bit too far for someone else.

A clean well managed hotel with a full range of services. A nice pool, great breakfast, large room with all amenities. Staff friendly and helpful. Transportation available nearby. Grey value for the money. I will definitely be back.

The security on the gate keeps opening unnecessary small talks. For example, he asked me to bring him a coffee and cigarettes!! Very bad wifi connection in the room

The employees were very rude, we had to wait in line for a very long time at the reception. We wanted to cancel the reservation, but they did not allow it. They said that breakfast would end at 10.30 in the morning. When we arrived at 10.30, they said breakfast was over. and there was still some breakfast there. They said "go and shop at the market", which I thought was very rude.

The Wi-Fi signal was weak.

Everything! We stayed there for three nights, with daily cleaning service and even had our clothes washed,no charge!Amazing service and staff, great location, everything was clean and tidy. The breakfast was also a pleasant surprise, with our choice of eggs, pastries, fresh orange juice, fruits and more. The room was really nice and the pool area amazing!
