But it would've been better if the pool was only for swimming, I didn't like it going to the pool and I found people that are not even resident of the hotel drinking and checking everyone else, it's uncomfortable and feels a bit unsafe.

LibyaThe lobby cafe and bar at night should not bring strangers to the hotel because its always full and hotel guests cant even find place to set and drink, also the strangers make very loudy nouse over night which is not comfortable for hotel residence. Its not secure actually to allow people from outside the hotel to come easy to the hotel which can bring risk to the property.
The location was super great i had sea view with balcony, the facility was clean and the staff were amazing and humble i would like to mention some names, All reception staff with no exceptional did perfect job, especially radwan and another fat man i forgot his name work at night shift, the employee at cafe lobby her name i guess siwar was super nice i wish the management can promote her to better position because she knows how to treat guests well. Overal rate 4/5

Actually i don't expect that much but let me share our experience. Location - is good easy to find, a lot of local street foods that nearby from the hotel and the is to affordable. Security - very attentive, welcoming us with a genuine smile. Reception - Is beyond my expectation from a 3 star hotel, very welcoming,approachable, professional and doing their job with excellence. Lobby- is not for kids because of the strong smell of cigarette and alcohol. Room - (we book for triple room) It's clean and neat it has a balcony,. Ac is working good Wifi - is very bad, you can connect the wifi on the room but it's not working at all, On the lobby you have to keep connecting the wifi till you can access it because a lot of people are using. Pool-- is fair enough they have small kids area and adult but the chlorine has a strong smell. Beach - You have to walk a little to access the beach, The beach has a lot of sharp stone,but the beach is good. One of good things they have restaurant that serves 24hrs they have shisha, local Tunisian food, tea and a lot more Food - (Booked With Half board) Breakfast have a very few varieties of food Dinner you have to come early or late because they have small dining area that they can accommodate, so you have to sit outside near the pool with people who is smoking and drinking alcohol. (Drinks Are Chargeable) The food is not good (I'm sorry) It needs to be improve it doesn't matter to have few varities but at least a good set of food. But the staff are very nice and very helpful.

United KingdomThe rooms would benefit from refurbishing at time of our stay air conditioning was being fitted quite noisy at times. Internet off/ on purchased data from local phone shop able to have internet anywhere. The locals come into hotel sit next to dinning room windows and pool during the day/ night would be better if another location offered to them.
The staff offer welcome drink on arrival all was very friendly throughout our stay. The rooms were big nice sea view, food good selection of various different food excellent chef was brilliant along with waiters in the hotel much better than local area. The lobby was spacious welcoming security made us feel safe throughout our stay.

The Byzance is in a great location near the town center and on the beach. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Breakfast has a good choice lunch and dinner are also available. The room with a sea view was very spacious ,comfortable and clean and it’s great value for money

On my second visit to the hotel. As before the staff are very pleasant and helpful. The location is good a short walk from the town and next to the beach. The breakfast is good with plenty to choose from. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel needs a little attention however I did see work being carried out to improve areas. New mattress and pillows delivered to my room without being requested so improvements being carried out

The location of the hotel is very good in a quiet area right next to the beach about a 15 minute walk into the town center. All the staff from the reception to restaurant to security and cleaners all very nice people and helpful. Great choice at breakfast . They arranged a taxi to collect me from the airport which was an excellent service overall a very good experience
