The food was really not great, we ended up eating out most of the time, buffet style and served cold as pre cooked and left sitting out with no covers on. The beach area needs improvement and the water has a terrible stench of sewage we didn’t spend anytime on it as it wasn’t pleasant.

We booked this hotel last minute due to arriving on a package holiday to a terrible hotel and checking out straight away so we didn’t get much time to research prior. The staff were fantastic couldn’t fault the service from all. The room was ok, a bit run down and minimalist but view of the pool and sea was good.

The AC was not working despite before our booking in the hotel the AC was written as one of the facilites of the rooms :/ Lack of facilities of games for kids. The jacuzzi within the pool had a limited timing. No towels for the beach or the poll in the room you have to pay in reception some deposit to get them. The staff in the restaurant are very arrogant and not polite and not helpful. There was lack of material in the restaurant. Not enough spoons small and big ones not enough plats. We asked for spoon and drinks no one helped us, we had to get up it for our self. Big problem with the room keys that is stop working every time it get close to the phone really confusing situation

The room Had 3 beds we liked the queen size room. there was fruits waiting for as in the room and nice decoration in the bed remembers me of the wedding days :) We asked for garden view but the hotel offer us a pool view as we are genus in booking The pool was nice and big. The food was good and varied.

Food was cold in our experience, and staff were nowhere to be seen in the restaurant, both at breakfast and at 'dinner'... Lots and lots of tables with dirty plates etc needed clearing away, which attracted flies ! .

Cyrine on reception was great, as were the staff in the bar inside the hotel (sorry didn't get their names).... Pool is massive ! ...but with 2 separate areas to relax and sit in (jacuzzi/whirl). Rooms are good with a great sea view.

All the restaurant members were friendly and professional except one guy who's responsible of preparing pasta. He was asking for money "افرح بيا" to prepare me sea food pasta. And when i said "i don't have money now, i will bring you tomorrow because i left my money in the room". He gave me immediately pasta with zero seafood with basic tomoto sauce, not tasty at all with zero effort. Btw, it was his idea to make me pasta, i didn't ask for it at the beginning, but when he suggested that, i was happy not knowing that he wants money in return.

The only issues were relatively minor, with Wi-Fi not working throughout the duration (which was nice to not use technology, but would have helped with checking flight details etc), the TV wouldn't connect to Netflix or Prime due to no Wi-Fi, so was also relatively useless apart from a news channel. Also, the room door did not lock for the first 24hrs, and could be pushed open easily without a door key card, and there was a safe with no key to open it. However, the door then started to lock randomly on the second day, so that resolved itself.

The hotel itself had a great pool and numerous individual or group activities to get yourself involved in, should you wish to keep busy (darts, bowls, aqua yoga, tennis, pool) along with numerous activities on the beach it backs onto (parachute, jet ski, water skiing, etc). Also, the staff for the free activities were very friendly and engaging. The location was great, with having the beach so close, and you could happily leave belongings near or on your sun lounger during meals or when swimming, without any worry that any of your belongings would go missing. The food buffet was excellent, with a variety of choices that differed daily, allowing you to be as adventurous with local cuisine as you liked.

MR Jamal the Hotel Manager, was very friendly and helpful. There were couple of disappointments, but Mr Jamal and his staff immediately and swiftly made our stay wonderful, and I believe j might have found a hotel to return to next time.

In a whole, the Staff is very pleasant, but two employees far exceeded my expectations. Hedia took care of any concerns or needs we had, while Saber greeted us with a smile at every meal and made sure we had everything we needed. You can tell that they cared and wanted to make our stay excellent.

Location : 5/5 pool: 5/5 restaurants varieties : 5/5 restaurant staff :5/5 Beach : 3/5 a bit far and the sand was not cleaned , the beach attendants were just sitting there not helping. The beach has alot of potential if only the facility would take care of it, add better parasols, add more wood paved way to reach the lounging chairs instead of stepping on sands that contains sometime sharp items such as drifted glass or woods. also it could help customers who has issues walking long distance on moving surface such as sand , reach the beach and actually enjoy it. Communication : 1/5, we have booked two rooms with two sperate beds ,we received one room with separate beds and one with one bed. we had to wait till the next day for the issue to be resolved, and it was resolved by a nice lady at the counter kudos for her and her reactivity, as I was debating the issue with the other man in charge for almost half an hour and he was not helpful until she came and proposed a solution in few minutes. it is Chaos at check in , and the administration should review their way of operating check-ins as it is the first impression a customer has once they arrive at the facility. We had a feeling that they did not know how many peoples they are expecting versus how many available rooms they had, though everything was clear in the system and in the reservations they managed to miss up ours, but luckily the nice lady at the counter help us the next day to change the room but that waisted a whole day of our vacation, plus we did not sleep well the night before due to sharing one bed. Other then this issue, everything else was good , the staff were welcoming and the food at the restaurant is very delicious with plenty of varieties everyday. The pool is huge and nice with bar in. There are some activities like games and beach ball at the pool and by the beach.
