Reception staff member not knowledgeable enough. Money changing facility well served by seasoned member of staff until this chap came on shift, who declined to accept my sterling pounds.

Very nice stay at this hotel, great pool and beach, good service, friendly staff and plenty of choice in the buffet restaurant. Room was clean and comfortable.

Whilst the hotel is situated in a pleasant garden area with a clean beach, some other nearby hotels do not look so good. We got a taxi from Houmet Souk and it cost £3.50....very cheap. Entertainment, for us, could have started earlier in the evening.

Very nice ambience with stylish decor. Good seating areas both inside in the lounges and outside on the beach and upper pavement area overlooking the lovely pool and sea. Nice lighting in the evening. Food varied and to suit all nationalities. We found all staff helpful.

I lost my room key and was charged 10 TND (roughly 3€) for a second key. The wine selection was very limited.

The place is right on top of the beach. The facilities are very nice, staff was always very friendly and available. The food was absolutely magnificent if you like to try out different things, but there are also "standard" foods every day (pizza, pasta, and things of the sort). Entertainement staff was vey nice and not intrusive. You can book tours at the hotel. WiFi was much better than expected, and your connection extends to some parts of the beach where there are their complementary chairs.

You have to rent towels before 4 p.m., if you don't do that you don't have any solution

We had a nice and relax stay. the layout of the rooms overlooking the swimming pool and beach and the facilities was great. service in the dinning was very attentive.Food selection was amazing for breakfast and for dinner. a very enjoyable stay.

1- It's a bit expensive compared to the facilities that it provided. 2- there was no toilet bidet in the rooms

The hotel atmosphere is so cosy and comfortable and its clean and the food was delicious.

Could use a slight renovation update in the rooms but was fine. Careful on purchasing excursions with providers - disappointed with the hotel partnered excursion activity firm that proposed a dune buggy excursion of much less time than promised and rhe buggies were in poor shape. One of them broke down and the owner did not really seem concerned. Not the hotel's fault though. Eating times and dining offering / facilities excellent- large selection of fresh grilled fish.

Food was above expectations and excellent mix of local and European food. All inclusive included local wines whi h were OK just... and si Basic cocktails. Swimming pool and areas were gorgeous. Fitness center well equipped with machines, weights and cardio machines. Staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly. Took care of maintenance issues better than even the best hotels.. The poolside room is worth the upgrade vs the garden. Excellent and practical.

There was a bit of drilling while we were staying but they have to do maintenance sometime.

It was wow the moment we entered the hotel. The beautiful pool with archways looking over the sea. Our ground floor room looking over the pool and to the sea. There was plenty of choice of delicious food and when I asked for white wine an ice bucket with the bottle was left on the table. There are lots of different areas to have a drink and it never felt crowded. We loved having breakfast by the waters edge. I love to swim and the big indoor pool was perfect for that. The staff were all very friendly. We liked it so much we will come again in November.

They asked us to wait for 10mins till 15:00 for check in.

Superb resort for holiday. 1min walk to beach. Dinner and breakfast are wonderful, we enjoyed our stay. Will surely rebook if we come to Djerba again.
