Your food was exceptional 👌 😋 Great staff lovely activities great location

The room had a lot of ants, your bedsheets and cover up sheets were horrible, beds laid badly and your sink was kinda choked.

Food was good and Staff very kind and welcoming

but the gym was not evena gym i was expecting the minimum of at least a few weights, the cross trainer was very disappointing.

Nice pool and generally free enough to use. Tidy rooms- but could be cleaner and modernised. Good food variety over the week. Lots of seafood options for those who enjoy

Need a better/larger snack range No BBQ food/dishes at all during our stay :( Breakfast range is bland and same everyday

Honestly went in not expecting much for the low price I paid for a family of 3 adults and a baby but we were pleasantly surprised. Price quality ratio is great. The pool was inviting, the personnel were extremely kind and the festivity coordinators were always encouraging you to come and join the night events for kids and then adults. Judging by how many comments complained about the food, I was expecting a disaster but every day, they had something different, there was variety and I got a chance to try different Tunisian dishes as they highlighted one per service. Also, unlimited free bottles of water. Lots to see and do right outside the resort (beachfront, Carthage Land, marina, etc). Some comments complain about the presence of an elderly home in the resort. Honestly, didn't bother us at all. They're sitting in a designated area with their minders for the meals and also at the pool and not bothering us at all..why are people so mean? You'll grow old one day too, you know...

- I was allergic to whatever they treat their bedsheets with and broke out in hives the 3 nights we were there (only me: no one else). Thought it was bed bugs (it wasn't), but when I reported it to the manager at reception, I thought he would gaslight me as he started off as saying that it was impossible but then right away took me to the housekeeping manager and showed me different rooms I could change to and that they would fix up the problem right away (we didn't change in the end as it wasn't bedbugs, just allergy). - Our room was not ready despite us arriving at check-in time. I had to call a few times just to complete the bedlinen and finally stopped a cleaning lady passing by to do it. -Our room is big but a bit dated. The floor above ours is better as more newly renovated. - Our safety box didn't work and we alerted front desk who said they would check but it was never resolved. - Don't really recommend the photographer's photos. We bought two but had looked at them before and asked him to touch them up before printing as they were too saturated in colour and at the same time overexposed...he did nothing and printed it but we had paid already (he said it did it but doesn't look like it so it's

The staff in the dining room and bar were not at all professional. Entertainment staff were good.the hotel is in need of maintenance the lift was not working as I departed.

Food and alcohol is not so good but It is okey for the price we paid. They use same juice with every cocktail also no shakers, food is not so good but okey. Wifi is not working in my room I need to go outside for the reach wifi

By far, a hotel that I was truly impressed with in Tunisia. The staff was exceptional and accommodating in every possible way. It was my big 50th, and boy, did they make it special from start to end of our vacation. I was truly humbled by all that they did for us. The food was so lovely and well presented. The rooms were so big and very clean, and the staff were so lovely and very accommodating. The receptionist staff, wow. Honestly, I can go on and on, as we were all surprised at the lengths they went to to make sure everyone, not just us, was supported. The activities were very entertaining and made you want to win, as the forfeits were very funny. The entertainers were very polite and not forceful or jarring. They had a fabulous photographer who took some amazing pictures of our whole stay, and they were well worth the bargain price, so we bought all of them. I had a lovely strawberry and chocolate cake made for my birthday by the chef, and the whole restaurant sang happy birthday whilst they dimmed the lights and sang. what a showdown. Believe me, if you want to be pampered at any special event, stay there and let them know at the reception, and they will plan it all for you for next to nothing.

My tiny niggle was that the hotel has different elevators for different floors. Levels one and two are on both elevators, but they take you to a different part of the hotel, so you need to get off one level, walk to the opposite elevator, and then go up. Not on all floors. We needed a particular room, and it was a little confusing. I guess it's just how it's built, but it's not a major issue unless you had a few too many drinks. Trying to find your room after that would be impossible, ha.

The overall look is clean and cozy, it is not too big and not too crowded. Food was good. A lot of variety.

In the beginning I had to ask many times for third pillow and blankets, although it was 3-person room. Last day there was smth wrong with the food. And I did not like the pushing of the guy who sold "programs" for guests, they were not the cheapest and he was annoying.

Staff was very polite and everything was just excellent. Location food entertainment was good.

The woman working at the spa was rude so we canceled our spa booking. Other than that all the other staff went above and beyond to make our stay excellent

Everything was really fine. The location, the pool, food and animation team, especially Scoby :) Nice apartment, a little bit old furniture, but it was no matter for us, just we returned for the sleep. And the price for our family holidays was unbelievable valuable.

Had multiple issues- check in process 30 mins - staff disorganised and un prepared for guests, faffing around with paperwork asking repeated questions wasnt a smooth process Issues with dirty linen and faulty electric - however once reported they sorted the issues out immediatley Food options very limited - especially breakfast Wouldnt rate this a 4 star hotel more like a low 3

I liked the all inclusive food and unlimited drinks that's about it.

Having been to other all inclusive resorts. The animation team is not engaging. No soaps in the toilet. They charge you to use the iron. One of the mattress you can feel the springs. Pillow was too soft and hollow giving me a bad neck pain.
