There are libbian men who go in groups of two to 3 who try to follow you to your rooms, many tourist have been attacked by these people, I spoke to 2 German older ladies on the date of their departure, only to find out that their friend 84yrs were attacked in her room by one of them, they had told the staff and nothing was done. This seems to happen often here as the same thing nearly happened to my sister, and she also had 3 children with her on December 11th 2024 thankfully I had stopped him and had to push him away from her, he tried to push pass me, and did not care whether she had children or not, security was told and they stayed away but constantly watched her for 3 days, till they left. It was scary, Needlest to say my sister and the German women stated they will never come back to this hotel again. It's dangerous for some tourist. So be careful as the under director did nothing about it when I told him this. It's shocking.

The staff in the hotel work especially hard, all go out of there way to make your stay a lovely experience, the entertainment team are amazing and the customer service at the front desk is impeccable service, especially Omar who is probably the most honest, kind, caring person I've ever met, he sorted out any issues straight away and is an asset to the hotel.

Staff looks a little bit lost, don't know to support properly. I asked for a taxi at 6:00am a day before, normally they promised that this is not a problem to organise, but next morning they were not able to call a taxi, so I was with security on the gate waiting random taxi that occasionality passed by. They gave me a bungalow instead of room, with no WIFI, not clean, poor TV channels choice, accommodation that should be totally refurbished. This is far away of European of Middle East 4star standards.

Pool and food was the only think that meet my expectations.

Waiters not very present. Forget your request, lack of salt and pepper. Some rooms need refurbishment.

Animation, Facilities and Beach are Excellent. Pools and Pool toilets all very clean. Plenty of sun beds with mattresses

The facility needs a little development and renewal in general, I had some issues in the room, in the toilet, and in the shower but I contacted the front desk and they send someone to fix it. WiFi is not available in the room. The location is a little far from the central areas, port, and the airport (around 20min) cost is approximately 20 TND

Smooth check-in and check-out, In general staff, are friendly and the vibes are wonderful, as well as transportation by bus is available from the front desk to the central area of the city, also taxis are available 24 hours at the main gate.

Check in system could be improved. Instead of writing personal information on a paper before one can check in perhaps introducing an email/ online check in would be a better and more efficient way, especially during busy times. Fridge in my room was not cooling at all. Must say that with all inclusive I did not really need a fridge at all.

The staff are really racist and the food is really bad and not fresh at all, I would never go back to this hotel even if it’s free stay, the room was sinking from the roof also air conditioning very bad and low and never come til next day to fix and didn’t even fix it. Also the bed is broken and came to fix but still the same and had to move the mattress on the floor. I won’t recommend this hotel at all. العنصرية تم العنصرية مع العرب مننصحش حد يمشي ليهم

very bad costumer service very disrespectful and disappointing from a 4 star hotel i booked a trip for my family when they arrived they refused to check them in they forced my father to pay cash the costumer service said if u dont pay cash u go to other hotel and when i booked it its non refundable and the system said they will charge my credit card in any minute they are taking advantage of people to get paid twice my father had to drive 3 hours extra to get cash this is unacceptable and i report this to booking

Entertainment for children started too late. Long wait for adults for Entertainment. Lack of music between 7pm and 9.30.
