There were several downsides to our stay. Most of the staff had limited English proficiency, which made communication difficult. Many extra services—such as laundry and in-room drinks—required cash payment and felt super overpriced. Additionally, we were not informed at the time of booking that the sauna, gym, and indoor heated pool would be under renovation during our stay, which was very disappointing considering we have a baby and water temperature was cold.

The outdoor pool was well-maintained, the breakfast exceeded expectations, and the room was clean with a beautiful view.

Unfortunately the spa and indoor pool were either not fully functional or not available. It will just take time and the outdoor pools are wonderful in the summer months.

Rooms were fantastic. Staff and food was second to none.

Cold shower no hot water.

Staff very friendy room was not ready at 3pm evan confirmation was recieved for early check in.. shower was bad no hot water had an early flight could not shower.

Room directions are confusing. I found other guests also struggling to find their rooms. Staff were not able to give correct direction to massage room. No Spa was in service. I was disappointed! Security staff gave me wrong direction and I spent 20 minutes looking for it, finally someone told me that spa was not in service.

the most uncomfortable thing about this trip was the noise all day because of new constructions in the hotel, and I think that is not good for the hotel reputation in the middle of the season

There were no power outlet close to the night table in my room, I had 2 mts long cable I could charge my phone beside me for the wake up call. Bring long charging cables. The room service menu is dull although the quality is good.

I have travelled for work so I didn't explore much in the hotel but the bed is comfortable and the room very big. The breakfast is good and the staff is friendly. Easy to reach, close to historical places. Also the decoration of the hotel is nice and in agreement with the location. The pool was nice although I couldn't use it because no time.

Nothing. Although the hotel is not near the city center, but taxi service is easily available.

Room was well equipped (with ironing machine and board) , clean, good furniture, and spacious. Room cleaning service was very good. Breakfast was good. With good varieties and fresh types of local breads, and of course you can order eggs. The service in the restaurant is very good. The restaurant is big and spacious. Check in and check out were easy and the staff in the hotel are friendly, helpful, and professional. There are more than one restaurant in the hotel. I tried two and they were nice. I liked the Indian restaurant more. The WiFi was good. I general, I liked the hotel and enjoyed my stay.

The room service knocked on the door even though the "Do Not Disturb" sign was used. This happened twice.

The location is amazing, overlooking the sea.

There properties is somewhat outdated. There is an ongoing renovation work. If you want to take a rest anytime between 12 pm to 5 pm, then you won’t. The breakfast is good, however, some dishes are only served after 7 am.

A bit shabby and the room I stayed in had a very poor view tough when offering the room choice it said that it had a see and pool view. Please also add some good coffee to your wonderful breakfast.

I didn't know that breakfast was not included in my booking. The shower head on the wall only had hot water and the nosle to change it was not working.

Not all the restaurants appeared to be open. Big hotel and layout a little disorienting.

Good size room and balcony. Not an overly busy time to stay at the hotel, so plenty of space to oneself. Friendly staff, room service knocked on door twice aday to ask if we needed fresh towels or more bottles of water.
