The water being served in the pitchers at the buffet tasted odd and unfiltered. Needed more servers at the pool.

I loved the level of service we received here. It’s the closest to an actual 5 star resort I’ve stayed in Tunisia. The property is well manicured. The buffets had plenty diverse options that changed daily and for the most part were delicious. The activities & entertainment throughout the day were lively!!

Our stay was simply fantastic! The building of the hotel is well-designed and the rooms are very modern, spacious and comfortable. The food is incredible – such a huge variety and everything is fresh and tasty. We were spoiled for choice at every meal! The pools are clean, beautiful and perfect for both relaxing and having fun, not to mention the fact that beach activities were also available whenever we wanted. The whole place is spotless, the staff super friendly and the atmosphere truly relaxing. We had such a great time there! This hotel is highly recommended!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Some smell on our room

Staff, from the very start at reception then Kids club animators, restaurant staff were fantastic, food was just perfect, five stars! Pool was huge and clean, beach and beach bar were perfect too, at the end the reception on check out were amazingly welcoming and friendly. We travelled in many many countries, and we were almost never met with such a warm welcome and careful hospitality, it feels something especially when you are in your country, thank you.

Check in was smooth and got an upgrade to a more premium room because hotel just opened. I would recommend to pay the sea view supplement as the views are gorgeous. Rooms were spacious and the design was great. We liked the food a lot although I can be a fussy eater . A lot of variety with fresh fruits, juices, delicious fish and amazing tunisian pastries. The level of service in the bar & restaurants was excellent. Entertainment was OK but they did their best and it looks like the other guests loved it. Would I go back? YES and we already booked with 3 other couples for the beginning of September

Excellent stay at all levels. Food was fresh, lots of variety and delicious. Rooms perfectly cleaned and extremely nice and confortable. Staff service is outstanding and the beach / gardens area is a place from heaven. Highly recommend this new hotel in Djerba.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel, and although we were a bit hesitant in the beginning since it had just opened, the place exceeded all our expectations. The room was clean, spacious with great decor and comfortable bedding. It was so nice to sit in the balcony and enjoy the sea view and the breeze. The staff were super helpful and kind. The food was delicious and one could choose from a big variety of options. I particularly enjoyed the fresh vegetables and fruits. The beach is less than 1 minute away from the room, and the water was stunning. We spent our days at the beach, and enjoyed an extraordinary sunset there, simply magic! The pools were also great. Thank you for a great stay, and we will definitely come back for a longer stay !

The staff at all locations, except the reception, seem very unhappy. It feels like they might not be well-paid. The young man behind the counter at the restaurant, in particular, appears frustrated—if you ask for an omelet or crepe, he gives you a look as if you've deeply inconvenienced him. The same thing happened at the beach bar when I asked for a juice and a bottle of water; the man seemed angry. It's unfortunate that they aren't better trained in customer service, especially in hospitality, where a smile should be standard.

The staff lacks professionalism(check in took for ever and the room was not properly cleaned and smelled awful) a long line to pay for the accommodation!!! The AC in room was a main reason in our discomfort (very hot) we barely managed to get some sleep. The Mosquito was a total nightmare (ended going home with some pretty nice mosquito bites) We asked about the spa location but we never found one !!! The indoor swimming pool left without attendance and very dirty. The food was a No No for us, lacking taste and seasoning.
