Every thing, staff , area and location. Breakfast had a reasonably good choice of buffet, staff was attentive and offered if I need another kind of tea like lemon or black, prepared and brought on my table. Thanks Nawel for your kindness.

Wifi didn't work in the room sometimes

Staff is very friendly - from the receptionist to the cleaning lady of the 1st floor who is a sweatheart Great buffet breakfast, with lots of options and delicious food Rooms are large, clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated Perfect location: 5 min walking from the centre/beach and 2 min from the louage station from/to Tunis

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Khella. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure I felt welcome. The room was clean, comfortable, and well air-conditioned — exactly what I needed for a relaxing break. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety. The location is excellent — just a short walk from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. Everything was within easy reach. Great value for money. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hammamet!

A small point of no lift but the kind staff offer help with carrying the luggage.

Recently refurbished suite of two rooms and a modern bathroom. The rooms are much nicer than those online. Excellent safe location within a few minutes walk to the beach. Rather friendly and welcoming staff. Very generous buffet breakfast. Excellent value for money.

Location ofvthe hotel is very convenient from Beach, market and Medina breakfast was very nice.

The hotel is very well decorated. I guessed that such a meticulous decoration and color combination can only be done by a intelligent person with high sensibilities , most likely a lady. Guess what; I was right and briefly met the humble owner lady. Service was very nice with a smile.

Excellent value for money and a good location for a more authentic Hammamet experience. The room was very clean and it had a large bathroom. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was substantial and had some variation on a daily basis.

Everything excedeed our expectations! Staff and receptionists were very attentive and welcoming (we stayed in many places around Tunis and Morocco, and never met so welcoming and helpful staff as here), also location is perfect, walking distance to everything! You cannot beat this value for money anywhere else in Hammamet, we would definitely stay here again!

The shower was freezing cold, even after asking for the hot water to be turned on and the pressure kept going on and off, sometimes the water would just come out at full speed and soak everywhere. Also, the noise from the traffic is constant; from morning until night.

The rooms were beautiful, beautifully presented and clean and I like that it was close to the beach and the shops. The staff were really friendly.

I liked everything about the area and staff.

This hotel is situated in a great location and walking distance to shops, restaurants, cafes, the promenade, fort and mdina. The hotel is comfortable, very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with an adequate variety each day.

Frankly speaking... we lost our booking at Radisson hotel....so we needed one night to sandwich our bookings... Hotel Khella in Hammat city was great choice , and we liked it very much..

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The room was clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a refreshing juice, which was such a lovely touch. I was also allowed to check in early, which I really appreciated. Highly recommended – I would definitely stay here again!

I loved Hotel Khella..it’s an absolute gem..super stylish little boutique hotel..loved the details and stylish interior design..it was like an oasis from the noise outside. it was lovely on check in to be met with a tea and little pastry and they have a beautiful Collection of great coffee table books..it’s like being in a gallery or art gallery shop, staff were very helpful and professional and I wanted to mention that even the cleaning staff were very warm and friendly which I loved!!

Beautifully decorated rooms. Nice breakfast and very comfortable dining area. Staff very pleasant and responsive to special request such as asking for hair dryer. Mint tea and a rose on arrival and made you feel very welcome.
