You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Do you want to step into past centuries and experience life in a vibrant Médina? Then this is the place. Its decor makes you feel you are living a luxurious life of an aristocrat of days gone by. Marouane and Chiraz, your hosts, treat you like family. Chiraz is a chef par excellence. Every breakfast was an elegant feast. Marouane is a great resource for sights and shopping. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate your every need. It was our first trip to Tunisia and due to the wonderful hospitality I know it won’t be the last.

GreeceA beautifully restored old dar, now a charming boutique hotel nestled in the heart of the Medina. Our room was both authentic and spotless, and the shared spaces were absolutely stunning. We only wish we had more time to savor our morning coffee in the peaceful patio with Marouane. The highlight of our stay was the homemade breakfast—prepared with such care and love. If you're looking for a truly authentic experience in a tranquil and unique setting, right in the center of the old Medina, we wholeheartedly recommend this place.

La Chambre Bleue is one of the best B&B I ever stayed at. It's so beautiful and tastefully decorated! The breakfast provided by the hosts is delicious and has great variety. It's in the heart of the Medina and within 2 minutes walk to restaurants and cafes. The room is very quiet at night. I have no complaints. I am recommending this to any friend who plans to visit Tunis!
