There were only a few things, better quality windows would have been nice to reduce some of the occasional noise, door banging noises of the room entrance door and bathroom doors internally from other rooms could be heard, and occasionally noises of voices from the room next door for a few nights.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was good, cold meats and hot veggies and eggs with pastries, cereal tea, and coffee. The location was excellent, the room was very big and modern and comfortable, and the cleaners did a great job of tidying up the room to a very good standard.. the hotel was on a relatively quiet street and a great local coffee shop opposite!!

The parking was not very convenient as you have to go in the back and park it and then walk back to the hotel through several doors but generally acceptable

The hotel is very clean compared to other with the same area. The food was great. The stuff was great. The rooms are spacious good air condition but does not have coffee. There are parking in the back of the hotel.

I was happy to stay at this nice hotel in the centre of Tunis city. It is close to all necessary amenities, for example, supermarket Monoprix, HA store, etc. It's 5 min by taxi to City of Culture. My room was at the first floor as I asked before check-in. Everything was in perfect order, the bed, etc. There was an electric kettle, a refrigerator, a table, 2 mirrors. Everything in the bathroom was new. The air-conditioner worked very well. I also liked the hall downstairs. The breakfast was super! It had a big variety of delicious food, so, I was not hungry till my dinner. The receptionists at Le National are very friendly, polite and helpful. I thank them for my pleasant staying during my birthday and wish all the best

The car parking was located in a deserted street in the back of the hotel, a bit far from the hotel, always need staff to accompany every time we needed to go to our car. The shower door could not be sealed properly, so the water flooded the whole bathroom.

Bed was comfortable. Wifi was fast. Water boiler for drinking available in the room. I just knew that in hotel in Tunisia, drinking water is not commonly provided, but they provided me with one.

Very good price for the quality of room and service provided. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful in meeting our needs to include providing a fan when the AC was shut-off. The restaurant provided excellent food at a good price..

The big minus was the bathroom that flooded every time we used the shower. As the floor would get super slippery, we would use a ton of towels to dry it. The hotel is 'far' from the medina and main street where the action takes place. The AC did not work (maybe not turned on yet). Breakfast was basic, yet sufficient.

The hotel was what we had expected: a basic and clean room with an ok breakfast, good to spend a couple of days in Tunis. Staff members are vert friendly and helpful.
