No complimentary water upon arrival, they charge 3 Dinars for 1 small bottle of water at the room! Breakfast quality and selection was very poor.

There was nothing to expose as a negative experience during this stay in the hotel.

The hotel room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was good, with the variety of food. Hotel offers also transport to the airport and a nice view from the terrace. The only not so good point is the location, which is not in the centre. However, for my visit, which was strictly a business visit, that was not a minus, as the access to the hotel was easier and with the taxi this takes some ten to fifteen minutes. To conclude, everything was good and I would use this hotel again.

In the restaurant, the menu was only in French and the staff did not speak English.

Small area for the Swimming pool. From Swimming pool area we can see trains passing sometime. But it didn't bother us that much. The SPA staff was not professional

We can hear the street noise at night and in the morning during the Ramadan period a religious guy call the people for prying, very early 04h15! So I was awaken early.

The location in Megrine was very convenient to reach my working place in BEN AROUS.

Very small point is that the water temperature of the outdoor pool was cold. I'm looking forward to when the gym is open too.

The rooms are a good size at the hotel, and the staff are very hospitable and welcoming. This is a small new boutique hotel, but really the ambiance is lovely and the staff are trying hard to provide a good atmosphere. It is clean and in a central location near cafes and a mosque. The hotel is very good value for money. Thank you for everything!

One of the rooms I booked had no towels at all. - Neither room had tissues, which should be a basic amenity in a 4-star hotel. - I called reception twice within a 10-minute window, but no one picked up, and I never received a callback. - There was water dripping from the ceiling in the room — a serious maintenance issue.

Honestly, very little stood out positively during this stay. The hotel carries a 4-star rating and presents itself as a business and spa destination, but I did not have the chance to try the spa, so I cannot comment on that aspect.

it was very noisy, as there is a bar on the top of the hotel. they did stop at 11pm after we complained to the reception but there is no real insulation anywhere in the hotel so noise is bad and we didn't get much sleep. Found it pretty expensive for what we got.
