The hotel area was good, near to many places. Many restaurants and coffee shops are within the area

The hotel bed and furniture were very old and not maintained well. I saw a lot of hair on the ground, and the towels were too old; even the color had changed from white to yellow.

The pool in the hotel was good

Everything else. The AC decided when it wanted to work so we had to sleep in humidity which was difficult. The room itself was quite dusty and the bedsheets were not great. There were no sockets near the bed. The tv was outdated.

Everything was to a basic standard, but okay.

The food was limited and at lunchtime I did not get to select what I wanted. Food was brought out to me and I was not asked what I would like. This was very strange for an all inclusive option.

Unfortunately, the hotel was nothing like what I expected. The room was old, dark, and dirty, with hair on the bed. I’m very sensitive, so cleanliness matters a lot to me. The hotel didn’t have proper hotel blankets with replaceable sheets, and the fabric felt like it hadn’t been washed in years. The bathroom and toilet faucets were old and didn’t give a good impression to guests. The bathroom light was burned out, making it dark and unpleasant. They had diluted the shampoo with water, so it was completely watery. The receptionist insisted that I give the hotel a good rating after taking a photo of me, even though my one-night stay was terrible. Even when I was carrying a heavy suitcase, the guard at the entrance didn’t open the door or help me. So I had to carry my suitcase up the stairs. He was just leaning back, watching me struggle with my luggage. If he had simply opened the door, I could have rolled my suitcase on the ground. Overall, my one-night stay at this hotel was terrible. Also, there was no power outlet next to the bed for charging my phone! 😐

Very reasonably priced. The staff were lovely and the food was very tasty. The hotel was spotless and immaculate. The warm indoor swimming pool was a nice touch. Bar area was a great place to chill. Thank you to everyone for a lovely stay!

The food was served on a plate, which is fine, but defeats the whole purpose of 'All Inclusive' option. The pillows were a bit lumpy and could do with new ones.

The pool area was beautiful. It’s a decent stay for the price, especially if you’re looking for an affordable stay in the area. The photos just don’t give an honest representation of the current state of the hotel.

The property is in quite a tired location with many closed down hotels around the area. The hotel itself was very worn, it’s obvious that no attention is paid to the upkeep of facilities and features around the hotel. Our door to the balcony wouldn’t close, the wifi didn’t reach our room well, the water to the shower and tap was salty/stinky and bedding/towels very worn.

The beds were comfy that was about it.

The staff were terrible, unorganised and rude. They also made us show our marriage certificate as proof of being husband and wife to stay together in our room that we paid for. Security took stuff from our bags at the gates outside. Terrible experience after a long few days of travelling. The hotel rooms even had holes in the walls. The shower room was outdated and uncomfortable.

Good food and restaurant staff! Very friendly male reception guy in the evening, goes out of his way to accommodate your needs! Clean and comfortable.

The room was very good.

The level of smoking in and around the hotel was disgusting. People were smoking even in the reception area without recourse to other guests. Secondly, I was not happy that wifi was not extended to the rooms. I was not happy that I only had access to internet facilities only when I am in the restaurant or the reception.
