United KingdomThere was not enough choice during breakfast for example there was no bacon, fried eggs, beans. Also, the queues in the main buffet restaurant was so long. The person I was with could have already finished their meal before I came back to the table with mine as we had to stand and watch the chefs cook for a while. Maybe bulk making food would be quicker or having more staff would help.
The animation team was amazing with all of the activities they did and were very friendly. The entertainment in the evening was also fairly good. The cleaners were lovely and did the rooms very well. The food in the restaurant tasted very good. The different things that went on around the pool were also very good like the foam party and inflatables etc.

PortugalThe air-conditioning was not working and it was hot at night. Not everyone spoke English but most tried to understand and made an effort. There isn't anything good to do outside of the hotel. It's their fault but I feel I need to share it.
The food was good and had variety. The entertainment team was fun. The lady who cleaned our room was very nice and made cool sculptures with the towels every day.

Had an amazing stay at Iberostar Waves Mehari Djerba! The property is absolutely beautiful, and the staff is incredibly courteous and helpful. We had an unexpected emergency when my husband experienced severe pain at midnight due to kidney stones, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us. Their kindness and quick response meant a lot. They had medical help instantly available to me and made arrangements to the hospital. Even their director was in continuous contact with us regarding the health. Aside from that, the hotel offers great engagement activities, keeping things lively and fun. We had booked 4 nights here and enjoyed every bit of it. Highly recommend this place for a stress-free and enjoyable stay!

ItalyOnly weak point was the initial service by reception staff-we had politely asked ahead of arrival for an earlier availability of the room, but check in took ages nevertheless. That is not too much fun when traveling with children.

Food was good but not stellar. Animation team and kids care were truly great, motivated and always friendly.

LibyaI was disappointed by the noticeable difference in treatment between European guests and Libyan guests by the hotel staff. While the facilities and food were excellent, the inconsistent level of service left me feeling uncomfortable. Fair and equal treatment should be a priority for all guests, regardless of nationality. This aspect needs serious improvement.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel last week! The facilities were top-notch, with clean, spacious, and well-equipped rooms that provided ultimate comfort. The food was absolutely delicious, offering a great variety to cater to all tastes. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay there again!

ItalyQuality of the food, but it changes every day which is good The staff is the strong point and also the weak point. Fantastic one day and quite fragile the next. Why fragile? Insecure in doing things, little communication about the services, and sometimes easy to misunderstand.
