The location is a winner. Very very clean property and very charming and appealing. Pool and garden are the best bonus. AZIZ he’s simply the best in just hosting, always attentive, smily, helpful and making sure that I was feeling comfortable and happy. I did interact with Hadi as well, and he’s the kindness itself, made me feel comfortable, was very flexible and gave me the best recommendations where to eat. L’olivia will be for sure my home every time I am there. Thank you for everything 🙏

All is perfect

Loved the location and the calmness. The staff was very helpful and nice, especially Aziz. It's a beautiful house and my room was very nice. Despite being near the touristic area, I wasn't disturbed by the noise at all.

To be fair, everything was perfect. My only thing would be to maybe have some water available at the arrival and a shower curtain, that is all.

We had a great experience at Olivia Sidi Bou in Sidi Bou Said. From the moment we arrived, the service and hospitality were absolutely top-notch. The staff made us feel genuinely welcome and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The location itself is stunning—nestled in the heart of Sidi Bou Said, with its charming blue-and-white streets just steps away. The atmosphere at the hotel was peaceful and beautifully curated, making it the perfect place to relax. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we’ll definitely be staying here again on our next trip. Highly recommended to anyone looking for warmth, comfort, and authentic hospitality.

A beautiful oasis in a wonderful part of Tunis

The room wasn't a room. It was an entire apartment with two bathrooms and even a kitchen. Nice balcony with a view to the pool. And the staff members were very kind.

The hotel had no sign to signal that I was a hotel. So me and the taxi driver struggled to find the entrance.

The apartment was beautiful, clean and spacious. There is a very nice swing in the garden area which our daughter liked very much. Very helpful staff.

Location is bit hard to find as there is no house number marked outside the building or name of the property. It would have been better if any landmarks were mentioned explaining the location.

Staff is awesome , the villa is beautiful and well renovated. Charming house and garden.

Pool and quietness , rooftop

Amazing place, rooms are incredible, clean, spacious. Perfect location. The swimmingpool and the garden are so quite and lovely. 100% recommended!!

Amazing stay! The suite was spacious and spotless, much more better than the photos. The host (Mr. Hedi) was very polite and welcoming, very generous, and incredibly helpful. Great hospitality and excellent facilities—highly recommended… best in Sidi Bou Said The staff members are the nicest people ever!!! The property is close to everything you need in town.

The host Mr. Hadi upgraded my room to a larger and more comfortable room .. Everyone there is keen on the comfort of the resident to ensure a wonderful experience .. The place is very clean and quiet. I will definitely come back again.. The previous reviewers were not exaggerating..

We were very happy with our choice of accommodation in Sidi Bou Said. Olivia is located in the village center; very convenient for all sightseeing and transport. It’s a very beautiful property; spacious, well cared for, comfortable in every way. We did not meet any other guests during our stay and it looked very private. The beds are great; the WiFi is strong; there is tea/ coffee/ water. The staff on site is very friendly and caring. They go out of the way to help and welcome you. The lady (Neyma - maybe I did not remember the name correctly) is very nice and supervised a great breakfast for us in the morning. We opted to have breakfast which was also lovely. Highlight recommended to stay here.

An absolutely perfect stay in a stunning guesthouse! The location is ideal, right in the heart of Sidi Bou Saïd, close to everything. The welcome was warm and attentive, the cleanliness was impeccable, and the house, with its elegant decor, is a true gem. An unforgettable experience that I highly recommend.
