🌟 Exceptional in Every Way – One Resort Premium Hammamet Is Simply Outstanding! 🌟 My stay at One Resort Premium Hammamet was an unforgettable experience filled with warmth, comfort, and truly outstanding service. This resort isn’t just beautiful—it’s run by a team of incredible people who genuinely care about their guests. From the moment I arrived, Mamdouh, the manager, made me feel right at home with his warm and welcoming attitude. His leadership is clearly reflected in the high standard of service throughout the resort. The front-of-house reception team—Bassem, Meriem, and Cherine, were absolutely fantastic. Friendly, efficient, and always ready to help, they made every interaction smooth and pleasant. Checking in felt more like being welcomed by friends. I also want to sincerely thank Najawa, the housekeeping manager, and her team for doing such an amazing job. My room was always spotless, fresh, and perfectly arranged. Their attention to detail and friendly approach really stood out. A heartfelt mention goes to Mustapha, the entertainment manager, who consistently went above and beyond. He always checked in to see if I was okay, made sure I was enjoying myself, and even helped organize my taxi to the airport. His kindness and professionalism made a lasting impression. The resort itself is paradise—lush gardens, beautiful pools, a serene beach, and a wide range of delicious food. It’s the perfect place to relax, recharge, and feel genuinely cared for. I can’t recommend One Resort Premium Hammamet enough. It’s more than just a hotel—it’s a place where you’re truly treated special. BelgiumOn the downside, while the food was very diverse and certainly not bad, it sometimes lacked flavour. The buffet restaurant could also get very busy and noisy at peak times, which made meals less relaxing. Then again, still very good value for money.
I had a fantastic stay at this modern, recently renovated hotel. The property is exceptionally clean and features beautiful swimming pools, including an adult-only pool, which is a real plus for those seeking a quiet atmosphere. The location right by the beach is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea. The staff were always friendly and helpful-special thanks to Cherine at the reception and Idriss at the bar, who enthusiastically made the best cocktails and added a personal touch to my stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great facilities, and excellent service!

United KingdomSome rooms are in the shade . That can’t be helped. Sami - the rooms manager offered to change us to a room in the sun.
The hotel is modern and exceptionally clean, and the staff are fantastic. The pools are beautiful, especially the infinity pool overlooking the pristine beach. Miriam and Borhene on reception treated us like VIPs. Our waiter Hakim was attentive without being intrusive, and great at his job. He is a credit to the hotel. He looked after us every day in the busy Meridian restaurant. Nothing was too much trouble. The security staff at night made us feel very safe to walk about the grounds. The food at the hotel was much better than I’d expected. It wasn’t the same thing every night. As well as the buffet starters, mains and desserts, there are cooks making dishes (like stir fry’s) to order. All inclusive at the One Resort Premium is certainly great value for money. I’d be happy to stay again and highly recommend.
