The staff was very friendly, the accommodation was clean and comfortable. Good location, quiet. The food in the restaurant was delicious. Early check-in was a big plus.

There were 2 ACs in the apartment, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor in the bedroom. The one downstairs did not work when we arrived, seemed not to be working since a while. When reported to the staff, they claimed service will come the next day, but it never did during our entire stay. Luckily the one upstairs was working well, but the entire situation left a negative memory on the otherwise positive stay.

Very nice complex with apartments and pool in the inner yard. The apartment was clean and functional. The entrance was directly onto the inner yard and the pool, which was very convenient. The breakfast included was quite good. The staff was friendly and WiFi was efficient. Free parking in the back of the complex seemed safe. Beach was only some 15 minutes walk away. If you want to stay away from all inclusive crowd, than this might be a good alternative, like it was for us. Will stay there again when next time in the area.

Shower even though clean could do with an update. No dining table inside but we used the table on our patio.

The staff were helpful and efficient. Cleaning staff were very good. Pool area was lovely, clean and relaxing. Plenty of sun lounges for everyone. Area was quiet at night and the size of the hotel and pool meant it was never too busy and perfect for relaxing. The kitchen had nothing in it but we just took a list to reception and they supplied what we needed. There is a small grocery shop in walking distance. We had made a mistake in our booking and they were very helpful to fix it for us. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Some facilities are faulty A/C unit in bedroom is not working but they have provided a portable heater. My booking specify room upgrade but I got the smaller for the first night, front desk staff miscalculated my tax and they returned the overcharge the next day. I would appreciate a clear tax charge Before I make my booking by the way a lot of Tunisian hotels do that they won't show the actual tax on the listing

The only downside was that the kitchen had no essentials- no plates, cups, or even a kettle. However, when we asked at reception, they provided us with kettle and some pots. Overall, a great experience.

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff at the reception were extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment was very spacious, clean, and had the great convenience of two bathrooms. They cleaned the apartment every day and changed the towels regularly, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was simple but tasty, with a selection of eggs, croissants, baquette, jam, ham, olives, dates tomatoes, and water

My flat had a kitchen, but there was nothing in it - no kettle, no pans, no cups, no plates, no cutlery. I asked for a kettle and they said it wasn't possible, so I went and bought one! Seems silly to have a kitchen you can't use!

Beautiful big clean rooms. The hotel is well maintained. Plenty of duvets for winter months. Staff all really helpful and friendly. It's right on the main road so easy to get a taxi or walk to the beach.

The internet had no coverage in the room. The breakfast was very basic and had very limited choices and there was no warm item.

It was calm and beautiful. The location was fine, every place that we wanted to go was less than 20 mins driving.

Sometimes it smelled not so good in the pool area, and looking out of the back window one sees a lot of garbage, probably belonging to a different property but still not a nice view.

I would give this place a 10 rating except for the fact that while there is a kitchenette, you are informed after arrival that no outside food/drink allowed and there was not a single dish, utensil, cooking item etc -every drawer/ cabinet in the kitchen was empty! Totally ridiculous and really soured me on this otherwise excellent hotel. I did not plan to cook a meal, but it is nice to warm up restaurant leftovers, eat simple things from grocery store, heat up water for tea/ coffee etc

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Easy check in and check out. Lovely property with patio and balcony overlooking the pool. Good breakfast- had dinner which was also very good.
