Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Extremely comfortable stay. The room is clean and the bed is excellent. The staff is helpful and welcoming. I tried the breakfast once and it was tasty with a reasonable price. The hotel is located in the centre of Tunis, near Habib Bourguiba avenue. Carrefour is just near by as well. Definitely I will come again during my next trip to Tunis.

NorwayThe area surrounding the hotel was unfortunately not clean, with litter such as papers and plastic scattered around. This seems to be a broader issue in the Tunis town area and is NOT the hotel's fault. It is the Tunisian government who need to take more decisive action to keep the streets and surroundings of this beautiful country clean.
From the warm welcome at check-in to the spotless condition throughout the entire hotel, our stay was wonderful. The room and bathroom were modern and impeccably clean, and the gym facilities were also very nice. The breakfast was good and satisfying, and we enjoyed a delicious dinner one evening—overall, a marvelous experience.

LibyaI recently stayed at the Radisson Hotel in Tunis with my husband to celebrate our anniversary, and the experience was absolutely unforgettable! Before our arrival, I contacted the hotel to arrange a surprise room decoration with flowers for the occasion. The team was very responsive and paid close attention to every detail. We arrived around 1 PM (although official check-in is at 3 PM), and were warmly welcomed by the security at the entrance and the reception team. A special thank you to Omeyma and Jasser at the reception—they were extremely professional, always smiling, and went out of their way to assist us with such kindness and care. To our surprise, the hotel upgraded us from a Superior Room to a Panoramic Room without us even requesting it! The room was beautifully decorated just as we had asked, and it was clear the staff had gone above and beyond to make it special. Housekeeping was excellent throughout our stay. The room was always spotless and well-maintained. A big thank you to Maryem, the housekeeper, for her attention to detail and dedication. Room service was quick and efficient, and breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of options. What I appreciated most was the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. It’s clean, quiet, well-organized, and provides the perfect environment for rest and comfort.

United Kingdomwell i booked a room called panaroma room. my view was of a car park. i think they shouldnt be giving this room as a panoroma room. i think this is not acceptable. i did tell them this but they just laughed about this and said its city view. i did say my view is of a car park this is not a panoroma view. they could have changed the room for me if they wanted but this was not given as a option. as a new hotel they can do better than this. staff should be trained better to deal with issues like this. dealing with problems raised by customers are important. customer satisfaction is something they should work on. a hotel like Radisson can do better than this. front desk staff need some training in dealing with customers.

He should be given a promotion. room was spacious. very clean and well kept room. bed was comfortable. the housekeeping staff was friendly too.
