The kids enjoyed the aqua splash park, it was the main highlight Great Location close to the Marina and to the Medina in walking distance Very Basic Hotel with Basic services and basic rooms but fullfilled the.minimum requirement for an acceptable stay without any issues

While the reception staff were welcoming and kind, the restaurant staff were unfriendly, often giving orders in a bossy manner, which made the dining experience less pleasant.

The location is excellent — right in Yasmine Hammamet and close to everything. The hotel is practical, offering the essentials for kids like a swimming pool, water slides, and breakfast.

For the first time in my life, I saw a hotel that charged for towels, and I laughed out loud.

We didn't have a kettle in the room so had to boil water in a pot to make tea. Some english people need to have tea in the morning.

The apartment is very close to all amenities, beach restaurants etc. amazing very big bedroom and bathroom, balcony kitchen. The staff very friendly and helpful.

location , i planned to go to aqua park, 2 min drive , near also marina, so kids spend time marina we were welcomed by Fathi in reception , Khalil was kind to my kids . breakfast was amazing and beyong my expectations ( staff was lovely and provided us with what we need ) there s alos one assistant as the restaurant who really helped me with kids and was really kind

HK team doesn’t top you up with shower gel and shampoo, so I had to ask for that from the reception and I had to pay for a towel.

I liked how nice the staff were. Salwa who I would assume is the front desk manager was down to earth and very helpful. Mohammed was welcoming and smiley too. The had given a free upgrade as well. Salwa was really marvellous and professional, she managed to move to the exact room I needed, calm and relaxing with a nice garden view. The director is very nice as well. My favourite thing about the place was the staff.

Balcony of room should have been cleaned of bird poo before we arrived, we ended up doing it ourselves. Constantly felt like we were being scrutinised by breakfast staff, couldnt get a cup of coffee in peace and seems like there is a rationing system going on. The pool staff were rude (one tried to extort money off my wife for a sunbed). Hotel could do with a lick of paint especially around the pool area.

Studio apartment was massive! Breakfast was good, with a good selection of cold meats, pastries etc. Jalapenos for breakfast was a random choice! Cleaning and reception staff were friendly, no pushing for baksheesh for opening a door etc

No changing of service towels, so we use the same towels from initial day up to our last day.

So peaceful, very clean and so close to supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants. AC in rooms are working perfectly, amenities are complete, cabinets & beds provided are all in good condition. Breakfast served on ala carte basis. Staffs from reception to security are all courteous and smiling.

There were just a couple of small things I wished had been available in the room, such as a water kettle and perhaps a small rug in the center of the room to make the space feel cozier. These are minor suggestions and did not affect the overall positive experience.

The property was exactly as described on your website — the cleanliness, organization, and in-room amenities were beyond excellent. Most importantly, I would like to highlight the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. They were incredibly friendly, understanding, and cooperative. They showed genuine care for each guest’s situation, and their hospitality made a real difference. In my case, there was an issue with my card payment upon arrival. However, the staff handled it with great professionalism — they offered an alternative solution and allowed me to check in comfortably. I was able to resolve the payment issue the next day without any pressure.

The staff were amazing and very helpful. We checked in extremely late and the security still helped us with our luggage to our room. So polite and the room was spacious and clean. The location was very close to restaurants, the beach and supermarket.

Excellent location, wonderful staff, upgraded our room for free and also give us new towels on a daily basis for free, location perfect everything within walking distance, the medina, cartage land beach places to eat it was right in the middle of everything

Overall everything was amazing the stuff the cleaners everything was great have stayed here many times with fanily and friends been coming here over five years I’ve never had a problem. Sometimes the problem is just deposit but other than that everything is clean safe and in a good location.

When I wanted to book a hotel for a few days and read the reviews for this one I was a bit skeptical but I did it anyway for the location and the water slides for my kid! I don’t know why people left so many bad reviews but my stay was excellent! The WiFi worked everywhere in the hotel except reception, they didn’t charge extra for towels, everything was super clean, the stuff were really nice and breakfast was also really good, there was no buffet but the amount of food they serve it’s more than enough for an adult!
