It was a great stay with everything within the Medina complex. We had a great time as a family as there was plenty to do to keep busy. The staff from all departments including reception team, cleaning team and catering team were remarkably approachable and always did their work with a smile and deserve a special mention. We enjoyed the pools, theme park and water park a lot. The museums were interesting to explore. The beach was clean and beautiful. Thank you for the upgrade to a royal suite which was stunning and spacious.

We enjoyed all aspects of our stay. As it was peak season, the pool sunbeds got taken up early in the mornings and it was a bit difficult to understand what the system was to get a sunbed at busier times.

The hotel and staff are amazing. Everyone is so helpful and professional. Will keep going back.

Coming home, I wanted to stay longer

Variety of food . Tasty food . Cleanliness was exceptional. Room very spacious

Ac was not that much good

Room, apartment, view, pool in olive trees. Good cleaning Lady. Tickets for Aqualandia & Chartage Land. We got better unit with two bathrooms. Medina with the hotel.

Food was mostly the same all the time. Medium quality, nothing special but ok. Allways asking for bracelet. It would be 10 if the food was better but I understand for this price. That is ok.

The warm welcome from the reception team was so great and they were so informative, big thanks to the reception manager who looked after us. The room was spacious and always clean toward the holiday, thanks to the house keeping lady.

Hot dishes in the buffet was always warm to cold unless we get served from the live cooking section, that time our food is hot. Staff in the restaurant need more training (barely smiling and always cutleries falling). Lack of cleanliness and equipment maintenance (grill was never cleaned over the service- broken side stations, one almost fall during the service.

Place feels a bit overpriced for what they provide. In many ways, it had "cruise ship" type of vibes in terms of clientele and the all-inclusive type of holiday. The rooms feel a bit run-down and feel like they were maintained only with surface level cleaning. It is annoying needing to wear a wristband the whole trip and being asked by security multiple times per day to have it checked. The food was not bad, but not great and the dining areas were very packed so you could not always get a table right away at breakfast time. Our room was not ready at 2pm check-in time so we had a short 15 minute wait. The location of the facility is next to a kind of fake "medina" area which has some stalls and markets but in many ways this gives you a very insulated experience of Tunisia, which might be enjoyable for the elderly and people with young children who don't want the usual experience of life outside the resort area. The pools all close around 5pm which feels quite early. It's not a bad place, but felt like there are probably better options for the price.

Verry nice room with planty of space for a big family. The Reception stuff is very friendly. Also the bar stuff was extraordinary friendly. Heated indoor Pool,great for spring Time

-The Indoor Pool closes alredy 1,5h before dinner. - Grill in the Restaurant stinks sometimes and the kitchen stuff keeps grilling without to clean the burned pices - Animations team didnt show up, even if we had an appointment

Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a better room and welcomed with a refreshing drink. Our stay included half-board, which meant we enjoyed both breakfast and dinner. The food was excellent, with a wide variety and unlimited portions, though drinks at dinner were not included and had to be purchased separately. The waitstaff provided outstanding service, keeping our table clean and well-organized throughout our meals. The internet connection was reliable and fast. The hotel also featured an indoor swimming pool, which was free to use anytime between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Its prime location next to the Medina made it easy to explore the charming streets and vibrant markets. Additionally, the hotel offered a complimentary one-day pass to nearby attractions, adding an extra touch of value to our experience.

While our overall experience was enjoyable, there were a few aspects we didn’t like. Outside the hotel, locals were often quite pushy, trying to sell their products, encourage meals at their restaurants, or offer horse carriage rides, which felt overwhelming at times. In the evenings, the rooms were a bit chilly as there didn’t appear to be any heating. However, warm blankets were thoughtfully provided, which made it manageable. We also found some of the hotel's additional offerings to be overpriced. For instance, their organized trips to Tunis, though convenient and covering popular attractions, were significantly more expensive compared to using public transport or taxis. Opting for local transport not only saves money but also offers a more authentic glimpse into everyday life in Tunisia. Similarly, the hotel's shuttle service to Enfidha Airport was priced at €50, whereas taxis just outside the hotel offered the same ride for €20–25. These price differences made alternative options far more appealing.

Very spacious rooms, not far from the beach. The swimming pools are lovely and the food was amazing.
