Very welcoming place, the owner and the staff are extremely friendly. The possibility to park our car inside is definitely a great feature. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, clean and functional. Great position in the city center.

If you are looking to relax and have a calm stay this is your best option. The please is really clean and quiet, the rooms are super clean and the outside is full of places to chill and relax. The staff are friendly and adorable. Highly recommend it !

Wi-fi was not really good.

The location and facilities were amazing, as was the staff. The facilities are pretty new, with a fantastic swimming pool that we really enjoyed. The location was very central - close to nice restaurants, the beach, and the medina, which made it perfect for exploring the area.

This place was amazing, so disappointed we only had one night. Hammamet in general is worth at least 2 if not 4-5 days. While it was on one of the main streets, it was set back in a beautiful garden and was so lovely and quiet. We weren't there long enough for a swim but the pool looked very private and inviting. The downstairs kitchen for use was handy and unfortunately we didn't have time to play pool but so impressed to see there was a table there. The staff were SO friendly and helpful and recommended delicious pizza (with proper cheese!)

If you look for a a real garden with equatorial spirit in the heart of Hammamet , then you are in the right place, clean rooms with beautiful balcony, banana and oak trees and many other plants around! This Résidence seems to be simple but still cozy! this Résidence exceeded my expectations, very friendly and helpful staff (I forgot the name of the responsible young guy there) he was ready to help in any way! Résidence neffati is really a hidden spot for those who looks for relax, original interior design and a nice swimming pool! I highly recommend!

We liked that Residence Neffati was like a green oasis near the center of Hammamet. Also, we liked the convenience of the parking lot. The owner and the staff were very friendly and helpful people. We appreciate that they made our stay comfortable. We recommend it for motorcycle drivers!

This was a really attractive place with tasteful, modern decor. It was equipped with everything you could need and was close to multiple different restaurants, the medina and the beach. The staff were easily accessible, incredibly helpful, friendly and welcoming. I was so happy at Residence Neffati!

I really enjoyed my stay at Residence Neffati. The grounds are stunning and very well maintained. You have a little slice of paradise in the centre of Hammamet. There’s a pool, communal facilities for preparing food and places to relax. The rooms are simple but spotlessly clean. The staff are fantastic and made me feel very much at home. They gave me good recommendations, took me out for a drink and helped me with my transport when I got accidentally stranded in Sousse after a Daytrip. I couldn’t ask for any more from the kind owner and security who were very caring and professional.

Not a ‘didn’t like’ but make sure you have enough cash to pay for your stay on arrival but there is an ATM directly over the road if needed

The location (close to but not in the uber touristy part of Hammamet, 5 minute walk to the harbour), close to lots of everyday Tunisian restaurants. Wonderful owner and staff - felt we made friends. Minor point still gave it a 10 out of 10 value for money. Would have been nice to have a kettle in the kitchen Small issue rm 5 the shower drain needs cleaning we had small flood not a big issue only saying here as no one was around when we left early small maintenance job :-)

Great location very clean in a lovely setting, fab staff, there is a pool and shared kitchen, plenty of places near by for food we had breakfast in the Canari cafe ( excellent) just down the road towards the sea front next to the bus stop for buses to Tunis
