The staff was very nice and helpful. They let us stay and use the pool after the check out until 5 p.m. Amazing space and very nice pool! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very welcoming place, the owner and the staff are extremely friendly. The possibility to park our car inside is definitely a great feature. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, clean and functional. Great position in the city center.

I’d suggest a few more pieces of furniture in the bathroom .

If you are looking to relax and have a calm stay this is your best option. The please is really clean and quiet, the rooms are super clean and the outside is full of places to chill and relax. The staff are friendly and adorable. Highly recommend it !

The location and facilities were amazing, as was the staff. The facilities are pretty new, with a fantastic swimming pool that we really enjoyed. The location was very central - close to nice restaurants, the beach, and the medina, which made it perfect for exploring the area.

From the moment we arrived the staff were very friendly and helpful! This hotel is an absolute gem in the heart of Hammamet, with clean facilities and a boutique feel. The pool is the perfect place to relax and the balconies all feel secluded. Would recommend to anyone planning to stay in Hammamet!

This place was amazing, so disappointed we only had one night. Hammamet in general is worth at least 2 if not 4-5 days. While it was on one of the main streets, it was set back in a beautiful garden and was so lovely and quiet. We weren't there long enough for a swim but the pool looked very private and inviting. The downstairs kitchen for use was handy and unfortunately we didn't have time to play pool but so impressed to see there was a table there. The staff were SO friendly and helpful and recommended delicious pizza (with proper cheese!)

If you look for a a real garden with equatorial spirit in the heart of Hammamet , then you are in the right place, clean rooms with beautiful balcony, banana and oak trees and many other plants around! This Résidence seems to be simple but still cozy! this Résidence exceeded my expectations, very friendly and helpful staff (I forgot the name of the responsible young guy there) he was ready to help in any way! Résidence neffati is really a hidden spot for those who looks for relax, original interior design and a nice swimming pool! I highly recommend!

We liked that Residence Neffati was like a green oasis near the center of Hammamet. Also, we liked the convenience of the parking lot. The owner and the staff were very friendly and helpful people. We appreciate that they made our stay comfortable. We recommend it for motorcycle drivers!

Best place ive ever stayed for this price point!

This was a really attractive place with tasteful, modern decor. It was equipped with everything you could need and was close to multiple different restaurants, the medina and the beach. The staff were easily accessible, incredibly helpful, friendly and welcoming. I was so happy at Residence Neffati!

The rooms could do with an update. Cash only payments at the property can also be a nuisance.

It's probably the best place in our trip to Tunisia and Morocco. Great place, location, staff, room, and the pool. Can't recommend it enough.

Great location, good communication, clean and quiet room and lively garden - it was the only place out of the 4 we’ve stayed at during the trip that actually gave us a double bed!

The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty but it wasn’t a problem
